Our family of 8 stayed for a cheerleading competition. Spacious, comfortable, game room was fun and overall clean. There was stuff that we swept upon arrival by hand. A broom and/or vacuum would have been more helpful. Would stay again!!

The house was clean and inviting. Owners clearly put a lot of time into curating a welcoming space. The pool table/ping pong table was a hit for my kids, and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Perfect venue for anyone doing Ironman Louisville!

Great host nice home

Enjoyed our stay for a family wedding. Convenient location right by highway. Little noisy from highway but didn’t bother us. I would add more mirrors as a we had many females trying to get ready at the same time.

Great!

This place was very nice and spacious. We used it mainly as a place to stay as we traveled around and explored/did some bourbon tours. It was super close and near to all the places we chose to go which made it super convenient. The host was also very responsive!

Visited Louisville for the Notre Dame and Louisville football game. House was as advertised. Very clean and inviting for a family or friends trip.

Very clean, very well stocked with everything...paper towels, laundry detergent...ect. Would highley reccomend.

There were some food crumbs left dresser drawers. Also not enough toilet paper left for a family of 4. Overall just not well laid out for our families needs.

I am sorry you guys felt this way. All our toilet paper are mega rolls and we give two new rolls for each restrooms. That is our standard.

Owner was amazing

Alan was there for everything we needed. Answered right away willing to come bring us fresh towels. The place was beautiful but could use some new furniture and mattress. I would definitely stay again.

The house is very roomy. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood and lack of parking was a bit stressful but once we were inside everything was fine.

Easy access

We stayed for a basketball tourney at the Expo Center. Easy on and off the Highway. Cute little neighborhood - older area with mixed development and residents - with good restaurants nearby. The owner was highly receptive to all of our questions and requests. Great stay.

Close to Downtown and Fredom Hall

Was in town for the Farm show with a group of four guys. House was perfect for what we needed. Exactly how it was described. Will likely book again next year. Felt like it was a new rental, clean, just needs some finishing touches and some things added to the kitchen if your taking a family but perfect for a group of guys.

Convenient locations for Expo Center

We stayed just for an event at the expo center and it was only a 5/6 minutes drive. The same distant to some very good local restaurants. We had plenty of room for the nine of us. Parking was tight but the neighbors are very friendly and accommodating. It is an older home but nicely remodeled. Our only complaints are the noise from the airplanes and the kitchen needs to be stocked with a few more essential items like forks, spoons and knives. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Louisville stay

It was mostly very nice. Clean, nicely updated. Lots of freeway noise in the early morning. Electrical outlets by stove not working. We missed a toaster. Thank you.

Needs updating. Must install railings inside and outside.. Unsafe to walk without railings. The tile dloors need fixing. Cracked with sharp edges. Furniture needs to be replaced. Not fixed with dict tape. You should also mention prperty located next to busy freeway. Noisy. The bedrooms need sheets on beds. Being ADA

Family vacation

Not very clean. Kitchen was not stocked but it was big. There were not enough mirrors for getting ready for 8 people with 1 bathroom. Toilet clogged and there was no offer to fix it. Rooms and linens did not smell good. Kids loved the games and pool table though. Parking is difficult right off busy road and major freeway in back yard.

Sorry Tammy that you feel that way, we strive to do the best for our guests. The kitchen is a full kitchen full of plates, plenty of utensils, cups, and even have back up paper plates and cups. We always have 3 paper towels upstairs and downstairs for our guests. We wash bed sheets and comforters after every guest and have glade plug ins all around the house. We will try to add more mirrors in the house. Thank you for the feedback
