Overall Pleasant Stay

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The host was very responsive, providing instructions well in advance of check-in and out, offering suggestions of local activities, and checking in on us throughout the stay. We arrived late at night for check-in and the keypad was not working properly. NaTarrio promptly ensured access to the property. The home is well-appointed and clean. However, both the den rug and couch (and sofabed) were heavily soiled to the point I did not wish to use them. This was pretty striking given the cleanliness of the property otherwise. I would highly recommend replacing both and using a mattress cover on the sofabed mattress. This was the only major strike against the property, but it was pretty glaring. The listing also inaccurately stated a hot tub was available. When I brought that to the host's attention, he apologized, thanked me, and corrected the listing. Not a big deal but a little disappointing to my kiddo. Otherwise, the property was well stocked with basic amenities, kitchen items, and beach gear, which was appreciated. The game room is a wonderful feature but only accessible from the outside. There's a little corner mart just across the street with friendly owners/staff who were happy to have the business for quick meals and convenience items. The property was within walking distance of the beach, multiple restaurants, the pier, and other attractions.

Fun in Galveston

It only has one bathroom! Listing said 2. Overall we enjoyed the extras that come with the property.

Relaxing getaway for small group

This property looks exactly like the photos. It does list that it has two bathrooms when it really has one. This didn’t bother us due to it only housing a small group and the bathroom it does have, has two sinks. The downstairs area was such a nice add on. We took advantages of ping pong, pool, and the bikes too! There was plenty of adult bikes to go around. The kitchen could use a little bit of cleaning when it comes to the oven and stove top but nothing too serious. We also found the occasional bug in the bathroom but it also didn’t seem too out of the ordinary or like a serious issue. Other than that everything was very clean and tidy. You are a walk away from the beach and a quick trip to the store for anything you might have forgotten or need. The house is super colorful and great for photos. The check in and out process was super easy with an access code. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had during our stay. I would recommend!!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the pool table and games. It was just perfect for our mini vacay. Would love to come back again!
