Monkey Business is located in the heart of Galveston Island, just blocks from the beach and Downtown Galveston, accommodating up to 10 guests. Providing the perfect blend of history and modernity, Monkey Business is a 1900 Storm Survivor, while featuring an EV Charger to meet the new world of visitors coming to Galveston Island. Upon arrival, you'll be drawn straight to the backyard oasis, where you can lounge by the pool or sip your favorite beverage in the summer breeze. With outdoor lights illuminating both the front and back yards, family gatherings and cherished memories are practically guaranteed. Inside, the chef in your group will adore the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a butler's pantry and wine fridge. And when it's time to unwind, there's no shortage of entertainment options - from board games and books for all ages. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and its own smart TV, while the secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and equal comfort. Meanwhile, the bunk room is a kids' paradise, with two twin over twin bunk beds, cozy bean bags, and, of course, TV with streaming capability. With a washer and dryer at your disposal, keeping up with laundry is a breeze, leaving you more time to enjoy all the fun Monkey Business has to offer. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
