Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the deck of this newly renovated 1 bedroom Ocean Villa that sleeps 6. Tiled floors throughout, quartz counter tops, open floor plan with a sleeper sofa, high top bar, new glass top stove. Elevator is close by and laundry room is across the hall from condo. Just steps from the beach where you can enjoy the largest pool on the beach in Hilton Head and beautiful beaches. Pool bar and cafe with live music during the summer, kids' activities, and Monday night movies at the pool. Private bedroom has a newer queen bed with private entrance to bath. There is a newer sleeper queen sofa in the living room and a set of bunks. The resort offers 8 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a fitness center, a playground, bike rentals, and 3 restaurants on site. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, long walks or biking on our fabulous beach.
