Easy in - Easy Out

A lot of work went into making this a nice accommodation, at a very good price. Long or short stay, it’s worth your consideration.

Dirty and bad location

The trash cans were overflowing in the driveway and trash littered the drive. The sheets were stained. The communication with the host was extremely slow (took hours to hear back each time.) There was an overwhelmingly strong weed smell outside the home. Several rundown homes around the area and lots of homeless. We did not choose to stay. We didn’t feel safe. We left immediately and found another place to stay for our vacation. Canceled booking and the host ONLY refunded the cleaning fee. We were very disappointed because all of the other reviews were so good!

Family Trip

Came to Memphis to see some of the cities history and sites. This home is in a central location to everything.home fit everyone in my family comfortably. Home was clean, beds were very comfortable and it had all the basic necessities we needed. Had a question and hostess was very quick and responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Highly recommend very cute home!!

St Jude

To begin, this place served our needs well for our trip and we enjoyed our weekend in Memphis for the St. Jude marathon. I really don’t like to give reviews, but there is constant pressure to give them and on top of that a request to give 5 stars. I know as a small business owner how much reviews play a role be as honest as possible I thought the pictures sold it a little better than reality. The place was clean but but not something I would give 5 stars about,

Spacious and comfortable!

We loved our stay! It nice and cozy and a lot more spacious than the pictures show. Nice and clean, great commutation with the owner and she was very patient with all of my questions. We will definitely look to book this house in the future.

Very responsive and kind owner

Overall we really liked this house! The owner was very responsive (replied in under 5 minutes). The keurig wasn’t working and she had a new one delivered the next day for us. We loved the comforters on the beds and they had nice big pillows. The neighborhood wasn’t fantastic but we had no problems at all with anyone/anything. The front door locking system was easy to use. The only complaint I have about this stay was the cleanliness of the floors. There wasn’t anything we could physically see on them but after 15 minutes of our kids running around and us walking a bit, the bottom of our feet was black. We loved the layout and open concept of the kitchen & living room. Appliances and countertops were all very clean.

Amazing Stay

The property was just like the pictures. It was a wonderful place to stay for my family. We have a few disabled family members and they were able to get around fairly easy in the house. The host was incredible and we had a great time. Thank you!

Great Place to Stay

We found the property very comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities. I would just make one suggestion to get a tea kettle for us tea drinkers. Very nice that all the towels and bedding are supplied. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend a trip to Memphis, I love it. Stay at this rental if you are looking for a home environment rather than a hotel.

The front porch is a gathering space

The property is conveniently located to attractions like Beale Street and the Memphis Zoo. There are also a lot of restaurants just north eat of the house. The space is bright and has good energy. We enjoyed karaoke on the vintage jukebox bluetooth player. We had 4 children and 5 adults, the house had all the amenities we needed. We spent lots of time together there.
