Mission Beach, Bay & PB Strip with Parking

This charming private 2bd beach bungalow is located in an adorable neighborhood, 2 short blocks to Mission and Pacific beach, bay and Garnet strip. If you want Mission beach our place is PERFECT. Features new stylish furniture and great backyard for hanging out! Short walk to the water, restaurants, shopping and activities. Parking included!

Depending on the season, we may not approve booking requests that leave a one night vacancy before of after the request. We also may not approve two night weekend bookings that are requested more than two weeks in advance. For these situations it is better to send an inquiry rather than a booking request.

*PETS* All pets need prior approval from the owners. If approved the pet fee is $25 per pet per day. This is an add on fee that will be charged after the reservation has been accepted.

The location is great. Less than 5 minutes from Mission Bay or the ocean. Close to grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Lots of little things at the house to make you stay easier/more enjoyable. Off street parking is helpful.

San Diego Trip

Love this property!! Has the home away from home feel. Location is great ,only a few minutes walk from beach,bars, shopping and food. Love the fact that everything is in walking distance. Definitely looking to stay here our next visit to San Diego 👍

Wonderful Beach home very close to Pacific Mission Beach. Also very close to Mission Bay. Nicely decorated very cozy and comfortable for my family. Walking distance from Beach, dining and entertainment. The home was well cared for in a quiet area and had a nice grasped backyard with a shady area to sit and relax. We had a wonderful time.

Cozy classic PB house close to everything you want - beach, bay, boardwalk, coffee, grocery store etc. Park the car and walk everywhere! Great backyard, nice host , casual and easy landing spot.

Great location and great house!

My husband and I, and my adult son and his girlfriend, stayed at the beach house over July 4th weekend. We were there 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had a nice outdoor patio and grass area where we sat and had our morning coffee and played cards out back at night. The location was perfect being just a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Having a washer and dryer on property to use was a nice bonus as well. We would definitely consider staying again and would not hesitate to recommend the house to friends or family traveling to the area.

Great location

Stayed with my family of 4 over Thanksgiving break. The house is very well appointed and was stocked with everything a family would need when out of town. The location of the property is great. Every day we walked to the beach and the surrounding restaurants. There is also a large grocery store within walking distance on the way back from the beach. Aside from heading to Sea World and the USS Midway we didn't really even use our rental car. I would highly recommend to families looking for a beach vacation.

It would have been nicer to have a toaster rather than a toaster oven
that was a bit of a learning curve
.didn’t find the manual unti all the dish towels were done.Everything else was great. Would love to know what kind of mattress was in the back bedroom
so comfortable!
