Beautiful location, 3rd house from beach. Easy walking to get to ocean side beach, local restaurant/taco stand and convenience store. Very clean property. Host answered questions quickly.

Perfect!

We really enjoyed staying here for the week. As a family, having the bay walk was perfect in the mornings and there is a lovely playground about 10min away. Also walkable to the beach and really appreciated the wagon with all the toys needed to keep the kids occupied. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying at the Beach House in Mission Bay. The location is amazing - so close to beaches and the promenade. The place is super well equipped and is bigger than the pictures show. Thanks for an incredible stay!!!

Great location

We loved the area of this property. The house was cute and perfect for two couples. It has a great courtyard in the front with a table and chairs and two lounge chairs. Quick walk to a few restaurants and the beach.

This place was wonderful! We loved the cute layout and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. We have two young boys and the boogie boards provided were a hit. Our boys said they were their favorite part of the trip! Having a washer and dryer was incredibly helpful since our kids’ clothes were sandy, smelly and dirty by the end of each day.Pros:
• Location: A short walk to some great food and right next to the water
• Two bathrooms and a washer and dryer
• For me (the mom): The lounge chairs with comfy cushions were perfect for reading and relaxing outside
• Beach and water toys: Truly a lifesaver and so thoughtfully providedCons:
• Not the owner’s fault, but the house next door was under construction. It’s something to consider if you need complete quiet during the day. That said, work didn’t start until around 8:00 a.m. and wrapped up later in the afternoon.Overall, this was the best VRBO home we’ve stayed in. We loved it so much and all the extra amenities were incredibly thoughtful and absolutely worth it!

Great location, and great little cozy beach home with extra amenities (beach gear, bikes, BBQ etc). We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a lovely quiet part of Mission Beach and so close to the ocean beach, Mission Bay etc. We certainly will be looking here first on our next stay in SD. Many thanks!

Perfect house and location!

This was such a great house and location for our trip to San Diego. We wanted something really close to the beach and this was perfect for us. The house was in really great condition, was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would totally recommend this place to friends and family!
