Perfect Fit

Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We were in town for the Gatornationals and the home was the perfect fit for us!The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Conveniently located close to everything that we needed. The house and the amenities met all of our needs. We especially enjoyed the eclectic decor. We hope to stay there next year.

Convenient Stay

Overall the stay was good. There were dirty towels, blankets, and it was not clean under any of the furniture in any room. The “smart TV” seemed out of date, despite 5g wifi it was SLOW loading any streaming service… which also had limited selections of those services. Ended up using a laptop rather than the TV apps. Ultimately, I’d suggest better cleaning prior to patrons visiting the residence as well as an updated tv to keep up with the current wifi system.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Guests have access to three bedrooms offering two queen beds and a twin bed. There are two bathrooms with standing showers. The home has a large kitchen that is fully stocked for cooking meals and a dining area with seating for six. Take a seat in one of two living areas, one of which offers a smart tv where guests can sign in to their favorite subscriptions and catch up on your shows. We have a small patio with seating in the back for guests who want to sit and watch the sun set.

It is a cozy but deceptively spacious house with real bamboo floors in a quiet neighborhood. The house is designed and decorated to make you feel relaxed and also to spark creativity. Down the street from the house is a small wooded lot you can explore that backs up onto one of Gainesville's many natural springs.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Located close to downtown/midtown area, UF campus and the stadium, and Shands Medical Center and North Florida Regional.

Getting around Gainesville is easy although it could be busy in the downtown area on weekends and Gator game days. Parking during these times will also be limited.

We have local busses, Uber/Lyft ride share options, as well as scooter rentals.

On game days, you don't have to worry about the insane hassle of parking: a bus stop at the entrance to the neighborhood will take you down to the UF campus; from there the football stadium is only a five-minute walk. The bus stop also goes to the airport.
