The space
The newly renovated home is full of character! The building was erected in 1974 but since renovated, it has all the updated comforts you could want

We have provided many amenities such as coffee, 50” 4K Smart TV w/ Netflix and Prime Video, high speed wifi with fiber, bath towels, all basic toiletries, in-unit laundry, and many, many more- we are here to serve you.

You will also have free parking spaces in front of the building.

Please be mindful:
– Must be able to climb stairs; the apartment is only accessible through a staircase in the back of the building or the front of the building
– Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM, check in time is strictly enforced unless prior arrangements have been made
– NO smoking on the property, this includes outside the main doors
– Please remove shoes while in the apartment
– Please clean up after yourself
– No illegal substances in the apartment
- Guests are welcome to Login to Entertainment streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc; No Guest accounts available, if you sign into your personal account, please remember to Sign Out before you Check Out.
– Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another individual
-All reservations are made by Our Guests, hosts are not able to reserve future booking dates. If you are considering extending your stay, please be mindful that until you edit your reservation, unbooked dates remain available for any guest to reserve during that time.
-We do not make payment arrangements or offer discounts outside of Airbnb booking and payment.
Due to our cancellation policy, we highly recommend you take out travelers insurance for your peace of mind!

Any violations of these rules gives us the right to cancel the reservation, even after check-in.
