The house was nice and clean. All the furnishings were comfortable. Neighborhood quite and easy access to shops and restaurants. I would recommend a bigger coffee pot, I had to make fifteen pots for a family of four, for three mornings. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Overall the stay was great. The check in process was super easy and the host communication was superb. My only suggestion is since it rains there a lot , I would recommend a covered patio outside for visitors to enjoy especially with the rainy days Washington have pften. I didn't get to enjoy the backyard due to the rain. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and I would stay there again.

Super clean home. Super comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly and answered calls, when needed. Great little place and your minutes from uptown Lake Stevens and all the restaurants.Will definitely recommend this place to any one that wants to stay in Lake Stevens and will book it again, next time I have family in town.

Helpful to have all check in and check out communication be the same. Example. I didn't know about unmaking beds until email the evening before. Nothing is stated in check out at the place. The abandoned building next door is a bit concerning at first...but the stay was quiet and comfortable. Property should probably be listed as townhouse not entire house.

Host is very sweet but the property itself is not ideal. Day of check in was informed there is a security system that “arms the house” from 10pm-5am and if we needed to come and go we just needed to disarm. Upon arrival to the neighborhood it made a bit more sense. Located near a vacant lot with an abandoned building and many parked cars. The property is part of a string of duplexes. Can’t see the original post so don’t know if missed this but the ac is only downstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. All the beds are rock hard so great if you like a firm firm bed. The neighbors are quiet but like to chain smoke outside. Which is only an issue if it’s warm and you need to sleep with the window open because again no ac upstairs. The host was communicative. But would not choose to stay here again due to location, bed comfort, and high price.
