High Street Chalet is located in downtown Breckenridge, walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants, and a short 2-block walk to the free shuttle to go anywhere in beautiful Summit County.
This downtown Breckenridge Victorian style charmer has a huge upper deck with glorious mountain views to soak in the cool mountain air. A short walk gets you to Carter Park, the town hiking trail system, pickleball courts, boutique shopping or patio dining.
This beautiful 3-level home has parking for 3 vehicles directly in front. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for luggage. Coats and boots can be kept out of the way in the large entry foyer. Vaulted ceilings, large windows and a gas fireplace are rare in a Victorian charmer, but High Street Chalet was thoughtfully designed and includes beautiful updates throughout.
TVs with DirectTV and Roku for streaming in living room, primary bedroom and bunk room. Queen has DirectTV only.
High Street Chalet is a VALUE priced property because it does not have a hot tub. This makes it one of the most affordable rentals in the downtown Breckenridge core, where everyone wants to be.
We have exclusive small business partnerships with several local rental companies for winter and summer fun gear (discounts on e-bike and ski rentals that include free delivery to your vacation home).

ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD, AWD or traction devices on hand for winter travel.

Upper level: Primary bedroom with en-suite bath, sitting area and large balcony
Main level: Open-concept kitchen and living, half bath and large entry foyer
Lower level: Queen guest bedroom #1, Queen and bunk bed guest bedroom #2, full bathroom with combination tub/shower, full-sized laundry room.
House rules are strictly enforced including maximum of 8, minimum age of 27, quiet hours 10pm-8am.
All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously cleaned and maintained with high-end guest supplies and outstanding customer service. Our staff lives locally in Breckenridge. An informational notebook is in the home and we are easily accessible for questions by text or phone.

Winter Break Stay
We have vacationed in Breckenridge several times and this house has been one of my favorites. We loved the location as it was easy to walk to dining and shopping and the sledding hill. The house was comfy and there were little details like charging ports in every room and labels in kitchen cabinets and drawers that I really appreciated. Communication was superb.

This place was amazing
Wow, this property was beautiful and centrally located so our group could walk wherever we wanted. All three bedrooms were lovely and well-spaced, and the living room made it cozy for our group to hang out and still be comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere close to the peak 8/9 lift, this is where you will want to stay.
The property manager, Kristi, was also very helpful and made our group feel like this was our home for the few days we stayed. They are very responsive and will help you with anything you might need while you stay there. There was also a binder when you stay with a bunch of great recommendations for things to do while you stay!
I will be trying to book this same place for any future stays!

Nice home, nice location
Process to rent easy, house location great. I didn’t like one thing. All the signs in the house about what not to do kinda drove us nuts. It was like nagging us. I guess if you rent to idiots it’s ok.

What a surprising thing to find written in a review. You had no complaints during your stay. We are sorry to hear that a few small signs sized 5x7 or less felt "nagging" to you. All are in place due to prior incidences. Someone almost started a fire by leaving a pillow up against a baseboard heater, so we placed small warning signs in two bedrooms on the wall by those heaters. Many guests have left (checked out) and left the gas fireplace burning, so we placed a sign reminding the guests to turn off the gas fireplace. If guests don't place trash in the bins and just set it on the porch, wildlife gets into it, so we have placed a sign to protect our wildlife. We have a notebook with a plethora of information, but guests arrive excited and ready for adventure and they don't read the instructions in the book. Our guests are not idiots, but we want to keep everyone safe, comfortable and to prevent the home from burning down. This home has been a rental since 2015 and has hosted thousands of guests. We've learned from a great deal of experience that guests need reminders. Many of our signs have smiley faces and the wording is brief- not at all nagging. Best wishes on your future travels.
