Ce spacieux lotissement de style chalet de 2232 pieds carrĂ©s (3 chambres Ă  coucher, 3 salles de bain) offre un accĂšs facile Ă  pied Ă  la piste de ski 4 heures (2 minutes), au sentier Snowflake Lift / 5 ), ainsi que la rue principale du centre-ville (8 minutes). 3 niveaux de la maisons en rangĂ©e ont chacun une chambre et salle de bains. Le spectaculaire voĂ»tĂ© grande salle a un mur de fenĂȘtres avec une vue imprenable sur le mont Baldy, 2 canapĂ©s en cuir confortables, un grand fauteuil Ă  bascule, et une belle cheminĂ©e en pierre avec des bĂ»ches Ă  gaz, grand foyer et facile minuterie marche / arrĂȘt. Salle Ă  manger a un cadre rustique tableau 7 pieds en bois avec des siĂšges pour 8. La grande cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec appareils pleine grandeur, des ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle pour 10+, ainsi que d'un bar avec 4 tabourets en cuir. Le grand maĂźtre suite plafond voĂ»tĂ© dispose d'un lit king size, un grand bain Ă  remous, douche Ă  l'italienne, un lavabo double, ainsi que d'un dressing dans son intĂ©gralitĂ©. Sur le plan de maĂźtre est un loft calme coin salon avec bureau huche. Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage chambre principale a un lit queen size et salle de bains avec douche Ă  l'italienne. Bien que trĂšs bien situĂ© pour les pistes de ski et du centre de Breckenridge, ce trois townhome niveau est sur une belle, boisĂ©e, rue calme avec une belle vue sur la montagne, la vie privĂ©e, et un excellent accĂšs au terrain de jeux de la famille et la piscine de club. This was our second time staying in Breckenridge at this wonderful property! Bill always does his best to make sure that we have everything we need, is super responsive, and just a wonderful host overall. We love staying here because of how close this lovely home is to the slopes as well as to Main Street and all the action in Breckenridge. We highly recommend it for the second time!

Our host was excellent!! After making our reservation he immediately emailed me and called to provide tons of info on the unit and especially for Breckenridge! The TH was so incredibly well stocked and incredibly clean! Kitchen had everything we needed - paper products, condiments in fridge & herbs/spices so we didn't have to buy those. Baths also well stocked - soap, shampoo, conditioner (all normal size!), TP for the week! All beds were comfortable, living space was great, large table for all 8 of us to sit together for meals, W/D with laundry supplies, heated garage!! Best of all - close enough to walk to Peak 9 Village, Snowflake Lift, and downtown, and also close to 2 bus stops. I highly recommend this TH if you are headed to Breck!!

Amazing house and location

My wife, 4 year, and in laws had a fantastic trip. The house was great in every way and we could have easily had another couple with us. The location is fantastic, and the access to the pool which is only a 2 minute walk was a huge bonus. The owner is incredibly nice and responsive, he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect for you. Can’t say enough good things about this place, and we can’t wait to come back!

The multiple floor layout provided lots of space for gathering together and quiet spaces, too. Loved the attention to detail with the basic amenities - it was great having what we needed available. The property manager was great to work with!!

Great location - great communication

The house is very comfortable, we stayed 3 couples and on 2 days, we had a visit for a 7th guest and didn’t feel too crowded. The attention the owner, Bill, was outstanding. He was so responsive to any question that occurred to us, plus he has everything incredibly organized so it makes the whole process easy.. would definitely come back next year.

Great location for walking to Main St and ski lift

This townhouse feels like home. The owner is very hands on and wants you to have a great experience at his property. We cooked most of our meals here and had everything we needed and more. Location was convenient for exploring the town and also for those in our group hitting the slopes. I would definitely stay here again!

This townhouse was just as advertised. It is a very short walk to the heart of Breckenridge. Because it has bedroooms on all three floors it worked perfectly for my extended family. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely go back to this house it’s a winner.

Outstanding Breck Rental

This property was the best we've stayed in over the past 6 years on our annual ski trip. I cannot say enough good things about this townhouse and the owner. Everything was so well appointed and no detail was too small. We wish we could've stayed even longer.

The home is very comfortable. Three levels, three bedroom, bathrooms are nice. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils. Living room for family activities. Owner very nice and well organized. I would recommend this property for families, and I would stay there again.

An amazing home!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home for a week while we were in Breckenridge for a ski trip. Bill made everything so easy from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. He also provided so much information, and many resources that made everything easy and convenient. It is a super clean, well- organized property, very close to the slopes, nicely decorated, close to Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. It has beautiful views, and really feels like a home away from home. We would definitely come back when we visit Breckenridge someday. We highly recommend this wonderful property for any visit to Breckenridge.!

Fabulous town home with great location. Cozy and comfortable with high speed internet, cable tv, and fully stocked kitchen. Quick walk to Main St for shopping and browsing. I came to Breckenridge in 1971 as a new grad from Florida State and a kid from South Florida who had never seen snow. I worked as a ski tech/salesman at the Norway Haus ski shop, bunked in what is now the upstairs of the Hearthstone Restaurant, and fell in love with skiing and Breck. After 8 years as an Air Force pilot, 37 years as an airline pilot, my other love (and wife of 49 years), and I are back in Breck as part time residents. We consider 303 Primrose Path to be our second home, not just a rental unit, and hope to find folks who will enjoy it as much as we do.

After looking at many properties and locations, we were delighted to find 303 Primrose Path. The location is fabulous with very short and easy walks to ski lifts and downtown Breck. The street is very quiet and picturesque, not a parking lot condo! Freeride Bus stop is just around the corner, serving Main Street, the Gondola, Grocery Store, the Transportation Center, and more.
The large welcoming entry area was an immediate attention getter. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms are each on different levels offering a get-away and privacy. The comfortable and spacious great room features a high vaulted ceiling, large stone gas-log fire place, comfy leather seating, a great rocking chair, and a wall of windows with lots of light and views of Mt Baldy. The large fully equipped kitchen offers a comfortable and convenient setting for family food prep and a breakfast bar with 4 leather stools. The large rustic wooden dining table with seating for 8 provides a comfortable dining and gathering place. With a heated garage and full sized laundry appliances, we truly felt at home.

LOCATION!!! Close-in, yet private & quiet, good parking, and spacious living areas.
You don't have to pile into a car to get to skiing, shopping in town, or restaurants. Everyone can have their own schedule for activities without meeting up to get home. At the end of the day, you come back to a large and comfortable family room/dining area to share your adventure stories or show off the good deals you found in town.
When it is time to call it a night, each bedroom has a flat screen HDTV with cable, good lighting for that special book, and comfortable bedding to get rested up for the next day..
The Master Bedroom is a true retreat with its vaulted ceiling, large walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, and double sinks. The Master level also has quiet get-away sitting area loft with an office hutch including a wireless printer/copier.
This townhome is a great retreat yet conveniently located.
