Please note that the two elevators in the Montemartin building are currently temporarily out of service due to system upgrades.
Unit 802 is located on the eighth floor, offering elevated views and enhanced privacy. Access to the condo requires eight levels of stairs from the parking area, and all movement throughout the building is currently via stairs only. Amenities such as the pool and gym are located on Level 4 and are also accessible by stairs.
We kindly recommend considering the floor level carefully before booking, especially if any member of your group has limited mobility or prefers to avoid multiple flights of stairs.
In recognition of this temporary inconvenience, the rate for this unit reflects a significant special price adjustment, and we are also offering an additional exclusive consideration for Unit 802. Kindly request the special rate directly from your host prior to booking.
