• Spacious Florida room overlooking the canal and dock
• Queen sleeper sofa in the Florida room (can be closed off for privacy)
• Second bedroom with full bed + twin bed + twin trundle
• Outdoor shower for easy beach and pool rinse off
• Games for all ages, including ping pong and life size Jenga
• Grill, fishing pole, and tackle box (hooks, bait, weights, floats, etc. not included)

Loved our stay at the Cottage on the Canal. We were in town for a tournament at Lakewood Ranch so the house is about 20 minutes away. We were close enough to go to the beach on our day off. The fishing off the dock was a great activity and there were plenty of other outdoor games for the kids. We also loved the coffee bar and the working station too. Our host was great and communicated so quickly with everything. Would love to stay here again!

The property was clean upon arrival. The host was more then gracious and extremely accommodating. Fenced yard was great for the dogs. Pool was a plus to have on the days we felt like being lazy, but with the provided boat dock, we brought a boat and spent most the days in the water. Caught several nice catfish from the dock also. Will definitely be looking into rebooking this beautiful home at a later date.

Cottage Bliss

Such a lovely spacious place. Loved the pool patio with just enough shade to spend hours there.Watching the Mullett jump in the mornings from the dock and the wildlife with a cup of coffee!Went to spring training games which was about 10 minite drive.

Very nice property in a great location. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 4 seniors. The house was very clean and comfortable for the two couples. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of the outdoor amenities at the house because we were busy with friends.

Quiet canal getaway.

This was a perfect fit for me, my wife and our dog. I was able to launch my kayak from the secluded dock and fish every morning. The yard was perfect for us, very well lit at night and several seating areas to get out of the sun. We would definitely come back.

Cozy Cottage

The cottage on the canal was a perfect place to stay. It is well stocked with everything you need! Very roomy and clean. The backyard has a great relaxing view and the kids enjoyed all the games. I highly recommend staying here.
