Beautiful Spacious 4-BR 3-Bath home In Family Friendly Brant Beach, just 6 houses to the beautiful LBI Sand & Ocean. First level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with one bedroom being a suite & large deck. Master Bedroom & an additional bath is located on the 2nd floor with an open concept living-room, kitchen and dining area with large deck off the living room, access to large Roof Top Deck with stunning views of Ocean and Bay! Private yard with outdoor shower, barbecue, patio sets & room to relax! Plenty of parking!

Very well stocked house. Close to the shore which was great with kids. House came with numerous beach chairs and supplies. Having a full bathroom off of the patio was very nice

The location was amazing close to the beach on quiet street. At check-in 90 percent of the house was clean except for the master bedroom, hallway and yard area. The master had so much sand on the floor we had to sweep and vacuum before bringing our things in. The yard area is nicely pavered but had trash laying around to include plastic wrappers, fishing line, napkins stuck to the pavers and a half smoked cigar laying around the yard. The hallway upon entering the home had numerous cobwebs in the corners and near lighting fixtures. Upon initial inspection of the home after checking in, we found numerous blinds, damaged, broken , dirty, or just plain missing in different bedroom windows. We also found different areas of the house that had what look like partial renovation to include unfinished spackling on the walls and missing or damaged trim boards along the walls and stickers still on the transition trim. The master bedroom lacked room darking shades and the king size bed was extremely squeaky which woke us up anytime someone moved or got out of bed. The mattress was warped in the middle and leaned out to both sides. During our stay the ice maker only produced 12 cubes a day and the oven had electrical issues and lost power while cooking. If you jiggled the control panel, it would come back on and then turn off again. The owner told us we were paying for the location not the house. He siad he knew about the bed and he would take care of all the things for future guests

Summer Week

We had a good stay at the property, It was very clean with everything in very good condition. The arrangement worked out well for the 11 of us from 3 families. The 2 bunk bed room was well liked by the young children. The outdoor setup is beautiful and spacious, from multiple picnic tables to the grill to the fire pit. The street and neighborhood were very nice and quiet, with very close proximity to the beach. The host was helpful and responsive to our questions. Overall, a fun family place to gather on a beautiful island!

Great family vacation

We had a great time with two families at Franks house. The walk to the beach is only a couple of mins with restaurants, bars, coffee, bagels close by. The house is as advertised. The outdoor shower, fire pit, and grill are a very nice touch. Our group donated a couple boogie boards and beach blankets to the house for the next guests. We had one very small issue with the TV on the main level, however, Frank drove down to the house and replaced it within hours. Great customer service! I would highly recommended this property for families with kids.

Terrific family vacation

This home was ideal for our family vacation, with two families sharing the home and children ranging from age 2-8. The newly redone patio area is fantastic. From the dining spaces to the fire pit, it is truly an outdoor extension of the home. The patio area is also fenced in, making it a safe space for young children to play, ride scooters, etc. The short walk to the beach is very manageable. We loved our stay in this home and look forward to returning!

Perfect location

The location of the house was perfect. Just a short walk away from the beach. The outside of the house with the fire pit was a great feature, made s’mores night a hit! The house was close to everything you could think of, restaurants, kids activities, shops. Our family made some good memories this summer.
