Venez profiter de plus de 2200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie dans cette nouvelle construction relaxante de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage au bord de l'océan. Cette maison a été construite en 2016 et a des planchers de bois franc partout avec un plan d'étage ouvert avec des plafonds de 9 'dans le salon avec foyer au gaz et une nouvelle télévision connectée de 55 ", qui se transforme et regarde dans la salle à manger ainsi que la nouvelle cuisine avec îlot central, comptoirs en granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, éclairage encastré, climatisation centrale, accès Internet sans fil gratuit, terrasse extérieure au premier et deuxième étage avec chaises longues pour bronzer et se détendre, véranda avec chaises longues, nouveau gril extérieur et sièges sur un tout nouveau patio. Douche extérieure sur le patio. Barrière de vinyle enveloppante pour la sécurité et la tranquillité d'esprit pour les familles à jouer à l'extérieur. The property is nicely maintained and more than met our needs. It’s on a busy street (Long Beach Boulevard) but close to the beach and centrally located on LBI.

Perfect for a quick off season trip

I met my family for a small reunion in October. There was an Oyster festival on one of the days which gave us a nice place to hang and eat. The place was very clean and convenient.

Awesome house

The house is beautiful, perfectly kept, and very spacious. The bedrooms are all great sizes and there is plenty of outdoor room to enjoy. Easy walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our week here.

Great getaway!

We rented the house with our friends and our young children. It was clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the beach, in a quieter area, which we really liked. Home was a quick drive to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent again!

Great space and Clean home

My sisters and cousins had a weekend getaway at this home and it was perfect. There was plenty of room, it was clean and a close walk to the beach. Hank was easy to work with and get ahold of. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend the home to a group of 10 or for a family vacation rental.

House was very nice. Did not use the kitchen as all meals were at other locations. TV remotes were a little difficult to figure out but good once done. Don't forget to bring bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen soap was there.

Perfect vacation home

LBI Family Vacation

Great house on the ocean side of Long Beach Island. The main floor bedroom was great for my older parents. All the kids and other adults stayed upstairs. Open kitchen and living room was great for hanging out. It was nice to have towels and bed linens provided. Perfect house for families with young kids or teens.

Great House in LBI!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 5 bedroom home. The house is located perfectly in Beach Haven and only a block away from the beach. The house came with everything you need and had plenty of space for our family. Birthday Weekend

I spent a weekend here to celebrate a birthday with some friends and we had a great stay! The house is in a great location if you want to be in a quieter area, just steps from the beach, and still close to restaurants, attractions and night life. It’s very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The host Hank was amazing!!! If anything came up he was so quick to respond and he addressed any issues right away. We would absolutely stay here again!
