Kona Sea Ridge is a quiet gated community nestled in between Alii Drive and Kuakini Highway. Located right in town and close to Historic Kailua Village, the complex is protected from the hustle and bustle and noise of daily traffic. Kona Sea Ridge unit L-4 is located all the way at the top corner of the complex, next to unimproved land with lush vegetation to the north. The unit is positioned for some of the best ocean views in the complex. This townhouse is a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. One guest bedroom and bath are downstairs, while the master suite and 2nd guest and bath are upstairs. The condo comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer, and all of the amenities you might need to settle in an stay for an extended period of time. A large lanai downstairs is set up for entertaining, while a private lanai upstairs is included with the master suite.

We really enjoyed our stay. Tracy was very responsive to requests we had. The complex was very nice and the neighbours were very friendly. Would totally stay here again.

Tracy was very accommodating and was able to get us into this unit when our plans changed last minute. The unit was great and had everything you could possibly need! Will definitely book through Tracy and (if possible) at this unit again when in Kona next.

Awesome rental

I’ve been renting vacation rentals for the last 2 Months. I rented 2 before renting this place for a month. This place was comparable in price but was by far the best. I love to cook and was happy that there was a kitchen full of good cookware and a nice size fridge for groceries. We made friends with other visitors and residents at the pool and having as much access to the pool as we had my daughter was able to learn how to swim during our stay. We loved that we could walk to town from the condo. The central ac system was awesome. The office area was a huge bonus for me since I was still working during our stay. If your looking for a rental of 30 days or more I would definitely recommend this place.

Sea Ridge Condo in Kona

We enjoyed our time at this condo! The condo is in an excellent location. It’s close to the town of Kona, while also being located where you gain easy access to the main highway traveling to other parts of the Big Island. The condo has access to a great pool and exercise room located within the complex. Easy walk to both. The condo is located in the back area of the complex where it was quiet and peaceful. It has nice distant views of the ocean from the living room area and the master suit. We saw many whales during our stay using binoculars, which was exciting and fun! We also enjoyed watching many cruise ships come into the harbor and anchor out for the day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other amenities. Kitchen appliances were dated but functional. .Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. All rooms have tile or faux wood flooring so bring comfy slippers to walk around in. Rooms are good size, have air conditioning along with ceiling fans and also have good closet space. During our stay we had excellent service from the property manager, Tracy and her team. We had a couple of incidents and unplanned interruptions and they were helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Our stay happened just before new kitchen appliances were scheduled to be installed as well as new blinds. We look forward to going back as seeing these improvements.

Great Space

We stayed here for just over a month. We wanted to give a 5/5 because overall this was a great space to stay for a large group such as ours ( though the kitchen could have stocked a few more plates and glasses etc. as we basically had to run the dishwasher after every meal). However, we were a little disappointed in the rigid and, in our opinion, the overly restrictive pool use rules (an opinion that was shared with us from other people who identified themselves as owners). The long and short of is that if your looking for a place with a pool for the kids to enjoy… this is not the place I would recommend. We had three of our grandkids stay with us (ages 12,9 & 6) and they were restricted to what could only be described as essentially “lane swimming”. Great for seniors… not so much for kids. If you don’t have kids or kids that like the water… then this place is otherwise pretty great… There were a number beach chairs which were great, as well as some snorkel gear, and some old boogie boards, (which were quite old so we bought 2 new ones, along with some kids beach toys and left them all behind for the next group after we left). The place was well stocked with towels and excepting the dishwasher, all the appliances were newer (if not new) and worked great. Overall, probably more of a 4.5 out of 5 than a 4.
