Welcome to the Lucky Mermaid! This chic coastal beachside 2 BR/2.5 bath home is in a prime location, less than 100 steps from beautiful Panama City Beaches, a community pool and what is sure to be your new favorite beach getaway! Spend the day soaking up the sun next to the emerald waters or relaxing by the private community pool - the choice is yours! When you need a break from the sun, relax in style in the well-appointed house OR head to any of the local attractions (Pier Park, shopping, restaurants) that are within a few mins drive of the house. The house sleeps up to 7 adults and comes fully stocked with all the comforts of home.

INDOOR LIVING: Chic, modern beach-themed interior w/unique mermaid touches, high-end furnishings, Smart TVs with Roku for streaming, a gorgeous dining table seats that seats 4 plus a large breakfast bar area with additional seating.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with beautiful details, modern appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, blender, drip/kcup coffee maker, breakfast bar, cookware, eating utensils, and serving ware.

OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 private patios - one on each level. The lower level features an al fresco dining set, grill, and outdoor shower. The 2nd story balcony is located off of the spacious living room and features 2 chairs.

GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, linens/towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, and beach towels.

ESSENTIALS: We provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Depending on the length of stay and your preferences, you may need to purchase additional supplies. However, we do our best to ensure the home is well stocked for your stay. BYOB toiletries!

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles)

The Lucky Mermaid is just steps away from a local favorite, Schooners, and within walking or short driving distance of restaurants and attractions.

The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles parked directly in front in the driveway. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by.

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

This is a SMOKE FREE property. No smoking (vaping, hookah, etc.) in the home and/or on premises. Evidence of smoking inside the home and/or on the property will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

We do not allow 3rd party bookings. The person who books the home must be at least 25 years of age and present for the entire trip. Violation of this house rule will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
