We stayed here for a week and we would recommend it. The resort property is quiet and great for leisurely walks, but is a short drive to St Pete Beach for restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and as described in the listing. The beds and couches were comfy and the provided snacks and Keurig & pods were a nice touch. And the owners were very prompt in responding to questions before and during our stay. Overall, we would come back.

We had a wonderful stay! Mark and Karen were great with communication. They answered our questions right away and made check in and out super easy. The unit was clean and exactly what we expected. They even provided some small snacks for us to enjoy! Wonderful hosts! We will be back!

Extremely nice condo good size rooms with nice furniture and appliances beautiful property easy assigned parking large basket of beach towels back pack cooler and beach chairs for our use also a tray of snacks had a wonderful 3 weeks. Only really small problem was the large and high bed I’m 5’2” tall and 73y/o so getting into the bed was extremely funny nightly for my husband!!

Clean, Stocked, Spacious Condo

Our family of 5 (kids aged 17, 15, 10) stayed for 5 nights during Spring Break. The condo is more spacious than it looks in the pictures. It was immaculate and came stocked with beach towels and chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils. There were plenty of good snacks available upon arrival. There were k cups, tea bags and condiments for coffee. There was also an assortment of spices for cooking. Anything you need was in this unit. My husband and I loved the master bedroom set up. The property is a very short drive to the beach. The beach is walkable if you want to walk or ride a bike over the long bridge.During the time we visited there was mostly adults aged 60 in the condo community. We did feel like we needed to tell the kids to be reserved in the pool as there wasn’t really any kids and we felt like we were disturbing the other guests.The pool was heated and clean. The host responded quickly to any questions and check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Hosts were very helpful and got back to us quickly. The pool and hot tub were very nice and close to the condo. A few good restaurants and a nice coffee shop nearby.

Perfect stay

For over 20 years, we've been visiting the St. Pete area, and this condo was absolutely perfect for us! From the hassle-free parking to the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on, everything exceeded our expectations. We were delighted to find snacks and cold water waiting for us when we arrived late at night (after 10 p.m.)—a thoughtful touch we've never experienced at any other VRBO property.The furniture was clean and cozy, the towels and sheets were soft, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The view of the golf course was stunning, and the simple yet comfortable balcony chairs made it easy to relax and take it all in. The nearby grocery store was incredibly convenient, and the area is filled with amazing restaurants to explore.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be returning to this condo in the future!

Perfect condo, perfect location

Our family of three just adored this condo. It is so well appointed, you just need to bring yourself. Clean, crisp bedding with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Toilet paper, Kleenex, wash cloths, towels, bath mats, soap, sample size toiletries.Fresh dish sponge, detergents, coffee, teas, sweeteners, creamers.Swim towels & pool passes. The pool was the perfect temperature and plenty of lounge chairs surround. Hot tub small but it does the job.Reserved onsite parking was a bonus! The area is perfect if you enjoy leisurely walks in the Florida sun! Very pedestrian friendly. We walked multiple miles every day. We loved how quickly we were able to get to beaches & dining options. The coffee shop is less than one mile walk door to door and turned into a favorite spot for us. Recommend a quick trip south to Fort Desoto park for nature lovers. John’s pass was also a fun little area to visit, just north of treasure island. Restoration work still being done at pass a grille, so plan to use porta potty until fully restored.We enjoyed Phila Deli just a few miles south for breakfast & lunch menu. Addicted to the Bean also for light bites and drinks. If you go into St Petersburg give Shiso Crispy a try for sure. The Deck had good wings.Each time we came back to the condo felt like coming home. Truly a gem to find such comfort away from home. Folks were quite friendly in the community as well. Owners were very quick to respond to messages. Recommend this unit to anyone.

Pleasant, clean and comfortable

Place was very clean and decorated with a beach vibe. Spacious and comfortable. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Tampa St Petersburg area.

Great area

This is a great neighborhood. My wife and I were able to get out and walk every morning. The scenery is awesome, and the folks we encountered were very friendly. The host was very accommodating, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. We would for sure stay here again.

Beach getaway

This property was very clean and fully stocked with all the travel amenities that you would need. Every detail was thought of. The hosts were very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. The property was beautiful on the golf course, a short walk to the pool and a short drive to the beaches. I would recommend this place to anyone with families. My family had a wonderful time.

Such a great condo! It was very clean, well equipped with everything you might need, thoughtful touches to make it very comfortable as well. Close proximity to the pool! Mattresses were like sleeping on clouds- so comfortable. We are very familiar with the area and just love it! Would definitely consider staying here again!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. The place is very clean and updated with every thing we needed for our stay . There was plenty of room for the 4 of us in the condo . We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and mimosas in the morning with the view of the golf course. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe in the area . Mark and Karen live in Venice, Fl with their three children and moved to the sunshine state back in 2016 from Massachusetts. Karen works in St. Pete Beach and runs a small private school there. They love the beach life and purchased their condo so they can spend more time enjoying the amazing Gulf water on Pass A Grille Beach and also so they can open their home to guests when they are not using it.
