Amazing Stay!

From the time we checked in, through the duration, up u til checkout, the stay was awesome! We used this trip to get away with our kids for Spring Break and the time together was amazing! The house is very comfortable, well organized and plenty to do and relax. From the pool table, to the deck area to the living room, we relaxed every day in this beautiful home!

Family Fun at Wintergreen

The property was as advertised. Lots of space and open floor plan for getting together as a family in the Den/Kitchen area. Enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Beautiful views

Needs Help

This property is beautiful, but it is not taken care of. The house was dirty when we got there, food on the floor water bottles left from previous rental. The downstairs HWH in one of the bathrooms does not work. Toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom broken. Hinge on kitchen cabinet broken next to microwave. Sofa has a bit of a smell, carpets are really nasty. While this house is beautiful, it needs some TLC.

LOVE this house!

We had an amazing stay! The communication was incredible! All our questions answered via text and always so quickly! We want to rent again next year! The beds were incredibly comfortable! Truly better than even the pictures. And the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, serving pieces. Just awesome!

Beautiful House in Great Location.

Beautiful, spacious house away from the main village. Nice furniture and very comfy beds! Nice gas fireplace that warms the great room up quickly. Nice leaf off views to the east. We had a great stay with wonderful fall leaf colors and great hiking in the area. As an owner/manager of resort property I would have given this house 5 stars except for some maintenance issues. A nonfunctioning icemaker in the fridge, a Brita filter in the fridge that had an old nonfunctioning filter, piles of leaves on the deck that made grilling and eating outside difficult, the deck needs cleaning and repainting, some sliders and windows were difficult to operate, and the non stick fry and saute pans need to be replaced. The parking area may be difficult to get out and in if there were snow on the ground and guests had more than one vehicle. These things were minor to us and we would rent this house again.

Great House

Beautiful views. Great location. This is our second time staying in this house. I recommend cleaning the outdoor furniture on the deck & screened-in porch. Screened porch was incredibly dirty, lots of cobwebs & dirty cushions and leaves. Decks should get blown off prior to guests checking in.

House was beautiful and did enoy our stay.. However, a few things need to be addressed..... seems to be a problem with electrical. Lights were flickering in house. Lights in master bathroom were not bright enough to put on makeup. Master bath tub was non operational. Hot tub does not work properly. Also, dirty dishes were put back in kitchen cabinet. Cushions on couch need replacing. were

Family retreat

Weekend ski trip

The house and the grounds are well maintained. The light switches are clearly labeled and the kitchen is organized with plenty of tools, utensils and dishes. There is plenty to do in the house as well - board games, pool table, hot tub. The outside areas have cozy sitting spots to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee in peace. Communication from the host has been outstanding - detailed, prompt, and pleasant. The house is easy to get to from the entrance and is about a mile away from the ski slopes. We truly enjoyed our time this weekend! Thank you.

Great location & stunning views. House layout was great. Plenty of room. High quality linens. Appreciated all switches in the house were labeled. Info sheets were provided for working the remotes. Plenty of dish ware provided in the kitchen. Definitely coming back!

Our home is Wintergreen Resort. Renters have access to Stoney Creek golf course and Rodes Farm Pool (both of which are in the Valley) and Chestnut Springs Pool (a heated pool which is on the mountain) and the Wintergreen Spa. Currently, due to a new policy of Wintergreen resort, unaccompanied guests (renters) are not allowed access to the gym, indoor pools or Devils Knob golf course.
