I’m so glad you all would love to come back!!!. As we know all of us chefs have our own specific tools which I love to support. The Kitchen is stocked but if there is a specific cooking tool or size sauce pan then we will make sure it’s available for your stay by sending it overnight thru Amazon thank goodness for our option to quick ship! .

Cleaning supplies as mentioned in the welcome packet are not included. We are very transparent with what the guest need to bring. All of this is provided in the welcome packet. In terms of the sliding door, we jumped on it immediately. It did not need a full repair which could mean it was misused. Something like this can happen in any home. With a result of the door being opened the AC unit automatically turns off. With Florida temperatures being so high during the summer we woukd hate to have bigger issues like the AC freezing up. Our guest are important to us and we want to make sure we deliver a great vacation home. Many of our reviews are high so please consider each guest have different expectations and needs when reading this review.

Thank you for staying with us and reviewing our property. Windsor Hills is one of the best communities with top resort amenities. We are very fortunate to offer both a townhome and 4 bedroom villa option in this neighborhood for our guest. I felt it is important that I provide a response for your comments but so glad to hear you would love to come back. Please reach out anytime and we can get you booked! We were shocked to hear about the painters being present during your stay. Unfortunately our HOA told us it was coming but there was no projected start date on the calendar. If we would have know then we would have blocked those days and not allow guest to stay. As an upside, you can see our community is very diligent in making sure it maintains the whole neighborhood including the amenities and the presence of the exterior of our homes. This issue is definitely a one off and again we do apologize for the inconvenience. With regards to the AC…I received a call that the AC was out on the townhome and I needed to authorize the trip charge from our AC company and make sure they can get thru the front gate. We are all aware Florida is HOT…in fact I think that week it reached 90 degrees so these units are working extra hard. We do have sensors on the sliding doors so when the doors are left open then the AC unit pauses. This helps ensure the AC unit doesn’t over freeze during your stay plus many other benefits. With high temps and the door being left open the cold air gets sucked out of the home very quickly. That’s with any home in Florida. Once we suggested closing the sliding door it appeared the AC unit was working and the home cooled off. Our goal was to troubleshoot through the process so this wouldn’t interrupt your stay. It was never our intention to point blame. You are welcome to leave the sliding doors open any time during your stay but unfortunately the quality of the temperature inside the home might alter. It is also mentioned in our Welcome Guide upon arrival regarding the AC, sliding doors and sensors. Thank you again for your feedback and glad you enjoyed your stay
