The lanai has seating and dining for 6, two ceiling fans, it is screened and glass enclosed, and overlooks the lake with fountains and palm trees.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and a slider that opens to the lanai. Master bath has large shower, double sinks and separated toilet.
The guest room also has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, spacious closet and beautiful furniture. It is adjacent to the second full bath with tub/shower combo, separate toilet room, fashionable mirrors and bright lighting. Washer, dryer and laundry sink are in separate laundry room. The kitchen eat-in place has extra window.
There are two resort pools on the site. One is a 600-foot, lazy river pool which moves at 3 mph and a traditional Olympic style pool - water heated to 86F degrees in both pools.
Clubhouse has free high speed wireless Internet. You may have a cocktail on the lanai and catch up on your e-mail after a hard day at the pool or beach! Also on site are tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce, shuffleboard, and nature paths for walking and jogging. The road loop around resort is 1.5 miles. Bus trips to cultural events, shopping, and other places of interest are organized through the clubhouse.
