The Space:

Set on a full-acre lot in Ludlow, this private mountain home offers five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, with space to accommodate up to 12 guests.



Inside, distinctive architectural details give the home its character, including a centerpiece staircase, an oversized stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, and walnut woodwork throughout. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a ping pong table, while the hot tub offers a place to unwind after a day exploring the area. The ample outdoor space provides room to enjoy the mountain setting.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire private home. Contactless check-in is available through a smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Ludlow, Vermont, the home is just minutes from Okemo Mountain and offers convenient access to local shopping, dining, and hiking. Whether you're visiting for a day on the slopes or to explore the area's outdoor activities, you'll have a comfortable home base close to the area's main attractions.



Getting Around:

Car required. 4x4 required during snow season, December-March.



Other Things to Note:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioning: There's a total of 5 window AC units, one unit in each of the five bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (only late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Pets: We love our furry friends, but this home isn’t set up to host pets. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space serene and welcoming for all.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 12 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 12 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
