Was perfect for our family of four! We loved being able to do laundry and use the kitchen. Lots of room to spread out and relax after a day of exploring. Ponta Delgada is amazing! Thanks to Alexandra for being a great host.

Ideal location and comfortable residence. The only comment I would pass in to the property owner would be to : tighten the kitchen sink faucet and to provide bath or shower essentials.. Shampoo and body wash.

Comfortable, Roomy with Generous Amenities

Large apartment with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, coffee and milk. We stayed at other properties throughout our vacation and no others were as generous with the little extras. Perfect location to explore the city and public parking is just a couple of blocks from the entrance. Thank you Alexandra.

Great place in a perfect location

Place is much bigger than it looks and it was fully equipped for meal, laundry and entertainment. We were 2 couples staying there and there was an empty bedroom with two bunk beds that were never used. Very short 5 minute walk to restaurants and about 10 minutes to the main square. Would highly recommend!

Perfectly centered

The property was perfectly centered near the airport and also all the town amenities. Everything was clean and the property manager was there to greet us upon our arrival. Highly recommend!

Great spot

The condo is even larger than it appears in the photos. It’s extremely clean with all new, modern furnishings and appliances. Location was fantastic, right in the centre of this busy city but lots of street parking can be found out front. Communication with host was easy and efficient. Worked very well as a home base to explore this amazing island. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Great Stay

This property is very nice, with a perfect location to walk into town (Ponta Delgada on Sao Miguel Island), restaurants, and waterfront. Parking was okay, sometimes in the free lot 1/2 block away or pay directly across. This is an apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 with bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen (with washer/dryer), dining room and living room. Our host was there when we arrived and available when needed which was appreciated. I would recommend this property.

Great property and host

Had a great stay at this property. The host, Alexandra was super accommodating as we were able to check in early since we arrived early and it wasn’t rented the prior day. Very nice touch on her part. Place is in a great location to the Centro area of Ponta Delgado. Having a washer and dryer was great, it was the mid point of our vacation so very helpful. She even stocked the place with a few supplies making it easy on us. Highly recommend this rental and the island in general. A really cool destination.

Great accommodation!

The apartment, conveniently located between the three places where we spent the most time: downtown, the mall, and the football stadium, where my youngest son played in the Torneio Futebol Infantil Clube União Micaelense, was spotless and had everything we needed for our 10-day stay in the Azores. I split the cost of the booking with another parent from the tournament instead of renting two hotel rooms. We enjoyed sharing the living room, kitchen, and dining room, and when we needed privacy; we had our bedrooms to retreat to. The beds were firmer than I was used to, but I could sleep. The hostess was very accommodating and was quick to answer any questions or see to any needs we requested. I would book this apartment on our next tournament trip!

spacious!!!

Very clean and spacious. Alexandra was fantastic. she made sure everything was in tip top shape. I loved the fact that we had our own parking spot at the back of the building. This area is about a 7min walk to downtown Ponta Delgada, 4min drive to the biggest mall on the island and so easy to get onto the highways. for all your site seeing. This will definitely be a place that my family will stay once again. I have asked that the host make sure that proper manuals are in place to make it easier for other travelers to enjoy (eg) manuals for the washer and dryer (machines are in portuguese). Our stay was great and i'm sure anyone else who stays here will enjoy it.

Perfect Place

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very modern and equipped with all of the essentials and more. Extra linens, blankets. The host left us some great Azorean treats and very accessible. The towels were awesome. Love the indoor clothesline and the individual recycling bins. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only downside was the door to the building and apartment. But fortunately, my nephew was with us and he was able to figure it out. If you stay in the room with bunk beds, the pigeons wake up early. We had our windows open, so if you have them closed it may not be that big of a deal. Upon our departure, the host, sorry xant remember his name he welcomed us to the apartment and saw us off. He was a great host, friendly and personable.
