6,000 sq ft home nestled on a 27 acre private garden estate. This immaculate home is located just minutes from beautiful Woodinville wine country. The home offers a peaceful, quiet getaway, while remaining close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor concert venues. Stroll through the beautiful gardens, admire the many unique sculptures with streams running throughout. This is something you'll have to see to believe and appreciate!

Zen like retreat House is ideally situated for privacy amongst guests. Homeowners live in a separate home on the property secluded from this home.

The 3 main bedrooms have full master baths ensuite. Plus, an additional bedroom with private bathroom located in laundry room.

Beautiful botanical setting- streams, sculptures and wildlife throughout.

Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking, lakes, outdoor concert venues (Chateau St. Michelle & Marymoor Park.)
Conveniently located 15 mins from beautiful Woodinville Wine Country.
Close to city of Redmond, Woodinville and 25 minute drive to Bellevue in non-peak commute times.

Primary Suite- King Bed, includes sun room, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, soaking jet tub,
and private dressing room/bridal suite. Separation doors can create more privacy from rest of home.

The 2nd bedroom - King bed, includes jetted tub and shower on-suite. The room is located near the primary suite.

The 3rd bedroom - Queen bed, includes full bathroom on-suite. This bedroom is at the opposite end of the house and offers own privacy.

The 4th bedroom - Double bed, small yet cozy with 3/4 bathroom located in the laundry room. This bedroom is located next to 3rd bedroom with private entry and hot tub access.

Tons of entertainment including wifi, 4 televisions, board games, books, fire pit, life-size chess board, swing set, walking trails, hot tub, pickleball court & more!

The house does have air conditioning.

Handicap accessible parking, entries and bathroom.

Small weddings and events are allowed (Up to 100 ppl max) for additional fee starting at $3000 and upto $4000. Events are allowed to use any of equipment provided such as tables, chairs, tent, bar supplies and more! Event fee due at checkin.
We have a 3 day stay requirement for people hosting weddings at this property. ALL events must be approved before booking, so please send me a message prior.

We are local to the area, but for our wedding weekend we wanted a special place where we could gather with family and friends who had traveled from all over the country. Choosing Woodinville Wonderland ended up being one of the best decisions we made....truly setting the tone for what became the most incredible weekend of our lives.From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away. The property is nothing short of magical, both inside and out. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for hosting, but what truly sets it apart are the grounds. The gardens feel endless, the landscaping is absolutely magnificent, and everywhere you turn feels thoughtfully designed and serene. You really do feel like you’ve stepped into a wonderland—there’s no better way to describe it. Had we known, we would have chosen to have our entire celebration here without hesitation. Our host Rachel was, without question, the most accommodating host I’ve ever experienced. I won’t even begin to list everything she helped with because I don’t want to set unrealistic expectations—but I will say she went above and beyond in every possible way. Our guests were in awe all weekend long, and it gave us such a meaningful place to spend quality time together before and after the wedding. We made memories here that we’ll cherish forever. We cannot recommend Woodinville Wonderland Villa enough—it is truly a one-of-a-kind property that made an already special weekend completely unforgettable.

We hosted our wedding weekend here and it was more than I could ask for. They had so much for the actual wedding we didn’t have to bring or buy and Rachel was an amazing communicator from booking to post wedding day. The grounds are AMAZING and photos do NOT do it justice. If you’re looking for a great venue for a special party or wedding, look no further than the Woodinville Wonderland.

Best VRBO ever!

The house and grounds are both incredible! This is by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals together and they have everything you need to do so. The grounds were so amazing. It was such a peaceful place to be with my family. Rachel, the host, was very responsive to all of our questions. I highly recommend staying here. Don’t pass this one up!

Absolutely fabulous experience!

Could not be more pleased with the lovely accommodations of this home! The grounds and amenities were even better than listed and we were able to relax and enjoy the beauty of an immaculately groomed property inside and out! I booked this property as a wedding venue. All my guests were impressed with the property grounds and it was the perfect scenery for my special day. The host was responsive every time I had a question and would love to stay here again in the future. Beautiful property!

Beautiful inside and out. Comfortable beds, huge bathrooms, an excellent kitchen, and lots of space inside and out. The setting is peaceful, serene, and secluded. The only tiny issue was that the wifi performance was slow. Otherwise, top notch all around!

Beautiful property

Driving up to the home was a treat in itself with the tree lined private road and statues. The best part has to be the surrounding property. It was so well maintained and many beautiful areas to enjoy. We especially liked the Japanese Tea house and the Pickleball court. The home and deck is also lovely with many seating areas. There was plenty of serving dishes and glassware. The cleanliness of the home wasn't up to our satisfaction, however. There was debris on carpets, floors weren't clean and we had to sweep up dead and alive spiders in the back room. Management did send two men over to vacuum and sweep. Also, the oven didn't work but management did provide us with two toaster ovens right away. It is a luxury property but it could use some updating and TLC.

Woodinville Wonderland

This property is fantastic - grounds are truly stunning with flowers blooming and walking paths everywhere - you feel like you're in your own little world, and yet location is close enough for DoorDash, Instacart and all the Woodinville wineries and restaurants. Home is comfortable and well appointed. We didn't want for anything. We're already planning for when we can come back again!

Bridal Shower

I hosted my niece’s bridal shower here and it was very convenient since I was traveling from out to state. The grounds are beautiful with lots to see while wandering around. The house is big and spacious. However, the carpet needed a deep cleaning and the microwave is quite small. All in all it’s a beautiful property for what I needed.

Wonderful Quiet time

The home is large and sits back from the main road. Amenities were plentiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the quietness, privacy and the plentiful activities that we could not do all. There are helpful signage throughout, that could be updated. I would return.

Spectacular

The pictures do not do this property justice. The home was well maintained. The home had additional linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. The garden is phenomenal. Communication with the owner, was top-notch. I sent a message about a few lights being out on the deck and they had someone come fix it promptly. If you are looking for a rental in this area, I would not hesitate!

Family gathering

Wow
 what an amazing property! It’s so hard to find a spot that allows a gathering, and we sure did luck out with this place. First of all, the grounds are off the hook
 the pictures do not even begin to do them justice. Gorgeously manicured and curated gardens with little magical areas sprinkled throughout. We found the pickleball/basketball court and it was enjoyed by all. The house itself is large. We had a total of 24 family members over and there was plenty of room for us all. The big kitchen was great for a big group. And our host, Rachel, couldn’t have been more accommodating. We needed to add a few overnight guests
 no problem. We wanted a late checkout
 no problem. She even had a grill brought down to the picnic area for our get together! I hope she and her family continue to offer this lovely home, because we will rent it over and over again. Thanks so much Rachel
