Me and my family absolutely loved this place, it’s perfect for a big family to stay at the place was very nicely set up and very clean we are already planning another trip back next month!

Check-in was very smooth! The kitchen was well equipped and organized. Check out was easy and painless. You can't park in the driveway, but they have plenty of parking on the lawn. The neighbors all seem friendly and the neighborhood seems safe. This was the perfect house to host my large group.

Check in was seamless. Location was great. The Host was very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. When I come to Seattle the next time this will be my number one choice if it’s available. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Our team was coming in for a tournament at UW and this was a perfect house for all of them! UW campus is about a 7 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and close to a great cafe (Javasti). Communication with hosts was smooth, house was exactly as pictured, clean and spacious, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. If we get invited back to the tournament next year, I would definitely rent this house again!

The house itself was very clean and inviting and the host very responsive. We had a great time staying here!I didn’t see in the listing (maybe I missed it) that this isn’t the whole house but the top floor of a house. Which is fine, it just would have been nice to know. I would have marked five stars except the whole backyard was unusable. We were excited to use the back deck and yard space, but a large gazebo construction project was underway and the whole backyard felt like a construction zone. Additionally, we never felt comfortable using the deck because there was a construction crew working into the evening on the gazebo. There was also a large pile of trash, furniture, and construction stuff behind the house that felt very unsafe for kids or dogs. All would have been understandable but the host didn’t tell us until close to check-in so we were unprepared. Overall, I would book again if the backyard could be cleaned up so that the whole property could be used.

Everything was great, we had no pets to bring but everyone was very comfortable. We just wish we could have used the fire place on the deck but it way raining. Maybe next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Mona's place! Our party was multi-aged, including an 11yr old and an elderly grandparent with mobility issues. There were plenty of beds for everyone & we enjoyed the home's calm atmosphere and lovely outdoor deck. There was more than enough parking for our three vehicles - quite a find in Seattle! This home is just 10 minutes from the University of Washington (important for us, as we were in town for UW graduation), in a friendly neighborhood full of dog-walkers. For those with mobility issues, if you know you can make it up the stairs into the house you will be fine here. The kitchen, living area and outdoor deck are all on the same level as the entrance. Three of the bedrooms (King bed, twin bed with trundle & kids bunk bed with trundle) are also on this entry level, as is one of the bathrooms. The other three bedrooms and the bathroom with laundry facilities are two or three steps up, on a slightly raised part of the home.
