This adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow sits in the heart of the Miller Bayou area walking distance to some of the best waterfront restaurants and tiki bars the area has to offer. The home can comfortably host 6 guests with a queen in the primary bedroom and 2 doubles in the second bedroom. The main living space boasts a 58" smart TV for when you want to relax and watch a movie. The oversized back porch is a great place to sit and get some sun while you catch up on reading or just relaxing. If you would rather lounge in the shade and take a nap there is a wonderful hammock waiting. There is also a well stocked kitchen for the aspiring chef with fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher.
You are just minutes away walking distance from all the best Port Richey has to offer from parks such as Waterfront and Brasher parks to multiple restaurants like Gill Dawgs, Hooters, Catches, Whiskey Joe's, and more. If you are a boater you will find a public boat ramp right around the corner as well as room to park your boat trailer at the property. If you fancy a day kayaking there are multiple rental places where you can enjoy paddling up the Cottee River or over to the nearby state park. Miller Bayou is a stand-up paddleboarder's dream with calm warm water where may be visted by dolphin and manatee. The area is home to some of the best in-shore fishing the state of Florida has to offer with numerous charter opportunites to find your prized catch. If you would rather just hang at the house the large back porch is spacious and gives you a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the sun or watch the stars.
