Guest access:
- Smart Lock = easy check-in (code provided 1hr prior to check in)

Kitchen:
- Fully equipped (pots, pans, silverware, etc)
- Coffee & Coffee Maker
- Seasonings provided - only salt and pepper

- Charcoal grill (clean after using, charcoal = @ guest’s expense)
- Outdoor Dining table

Important:
- No pets allowed. If pets are present, your reservation will be forfeited with no refund. There will also be a fee of $350 to your credit card for breaking this rule.
- No smoking allowed inside the home or outside of the home if you’re on the property premises (smell can linger back inside)
- Please only use use black “makeup” towels to remove makeup, damages to other towels caused by makeup, dirt, or food will have a replacement cost of $15 for each dirty towel or missing.
- Please do not set the AC lower than 73 degrees as the compressor may freeze and cause damage ($200 fee)
- Only starter pack of toiletries are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, laundry detergent)
- Please try to be eco friendly and use towels more than once if it is still clean

- Outdoor cameras only to monitor cleaning staff
- We’re not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occurs while on the property. We’re also not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings/valuables.
- Use grill at your own risk

Other things to note
For guests that stays over a week , trash comes on Monday’s & Thursday’s morning.

If using grill, after the grill cools down, please clean the grates and utensils. Please place the grill cover back on as well or put back in the garage

Check Out Instructions:
Only need to put all trash in the indoor trash can (located in kitchen) :D
