Excellent location, in the heart of Coconut Grove, walking distance to Coco Walk, Excellent for a couple or for a family (up to 4 members), renovated place.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the action.
Free trolley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel.
PRIVATE PARKING SPOT. (1 car) Please park in designated area or your vehicle could be towed away.
This is a very modern yet cozy apartment on the second floor. It is a small 9 unit apartment building with a well lit private parking.
WE PROVIDE SMART TV's with high speed internet for your convenience. You can sign in to your content provider (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc)
You will be very comfortable since it has everything you need to make you feel at home.
It is a very quiet neighborhood but also at walking distance to the all the action.

- 24 Hour Gym
- Shopping
- Public Yoga Sessions at the Peacock Park (call the park for info)
- Public Library.
- Public Free Transportation (Trolley) within The Coconut Grove area

There are Coin Washer & Dryer on the first floor $2.00 per wash cycle. $2.00 per dry cycle. These are only for the use of guests and tenants of the building (only 9 units)
