Enjoy fabulous sunrises and astounding unobstructed ocean views from this open-plan beachfront townhome home in the popular Ocean Mile Community! You can't get any closer to the sandy shores or better views than this, where the sea is like another room in the house. Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile H-6 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George State Park, and the Lighthouse Museum. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach.

The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill, and is close to the community pool. The first level features an open living/dining/kitchen area, a deck, as well as a half bathroom. Stretch out on the comfy Large sectional sofa which also converts into a sleeping couch for 2 persons, while you drink in the views or watch TV. Take your morning coffee out to the deck and watch the dolphins frolic in the Gulf. Prepare today's fresh catch in the well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a full-sized pantry, and all the supplies you will need to prepare scrumptious seafood dinners. There is plenty of seating at mealtime on the rectangular table that seats six comfortably and the two counter stools. Never lose sight of the views even while loading the dishwasher! The condo is in really poor condition. Would not cook in kitchen if my life depended on it.That tub shower in master is a law suit waiting to happen. We had to uae second bathroom. Had to be the HULK to open deck door and the screen kept falling off. Plus the carpet in living area I wouldn't let my dog lay on, had to put down beach towel for him. He is not allowed on furniture. Could be great place if it was properly taken care of

I would rent this again

I am giving it a 5-star rating because of the location and view. It was so nice sitting on the balconies with coffee or afternoon drinks (and morning mimosas) There are several 'things' I would rate down in the cleanliness area, and a tad outdated living room furniture but still not bad considering this is beach front, on salt water. The master bed was very comfortable, and the morning view when waking up made it even better. Even with these few things, for the view and the location, I would rent this again.

Perfect location

Walk right out the door to the beach. Bedrooms and beds comfy, linens nice. Kitchen clean and well stocked. Overall it was clean, just older so some things don’t look very clean (like baseboards & tub). Not a deterrent to having a great vacation. Property management responded well to issue with check in code. Def would stay here again.

beachfront location was great but unit felt very old and not well maintained. Furniture felt damp to sit on so not sure if a dehumidifier is needed. Unit needs a total refresh inside and many updates. Overall the entire development doesn’t seem to be very well maintained either. It’s saving grace is it’s beachfront location and great view.

Relaxing getaway

Loved the location. Condo does need attention such as paint peeling in upstairs bedroom and patio furnitĂčre was subpar. Overall was pleased with our stay and the condo.

Breathtaking views and beach access

The property is a little older, coastal Florida style, but the views and the beach access more than make up for that. The beach outside the condo is pristine and quiet, with low traffic. The only complaint I had is the mattress in the master bedroom is very old and needs to be replaced. But for a beautiful beach getaway to unplug and watch the pristine waves and dolphins, this place can't be beat.

Awesome

The proximity to the beach was great. We never felt we needed to lock the door while at the beach and felt at ease leaving our chairs etc on the beach all day and come back later. We were also close enough to go back and forth as often as needed. Having our furry babies with us was an added bonus. We met some great people. Everyone was so friendly. We'll be back every chance we can and hope to stay in the same place. The beaches were perfect with no crowds.

Really enjoyable stay!

Wonderful x100 for location. We had folks on both sides of H6 and we never heard a peep. Very clean unit. Everything we needed was there. Some reviews noted the dated furnishings, but really, all is fine for a vacation home! You're not going to live there. We were outside most of the time anyway! We really enjoyed it and the beach gear credit was way worth it for us.

Perfect Condo on the Beach

This property was perfect for our family. Right on the beach, clean, and we could bring our dog :) It had everything we needed. Very easy checkin/checkout. The only drawbacks were that the coffee pot didn’t work properly, and there wasn’t a dustpan. Both could be easily fixed. Everything else was perfect!!

Overall review

On the night we were there we noticed roaches that were climbing in the sink. Later on we found a coach roach in one of the closests and there were other dead bugs all along the floor. During the night we found another bug crawling in the bed. The toliets were not cleaned thoroughly and if you looked inside the top of the toliet bowl were very dirty. The condo is very close to the beach which was a good thing with a baby. But the dirtiness outweighed most of the good. The condo has had some updates to some of the flooring, but some of the furniture could be updated.

Beachfront escape

We loved that the gulf was directly in front of the unit. We liked sitting on the decks morning and evening. It felt private even though there were other units on either side of us. The owners have done a pretty decent job of updating the unit with only minor deficiencies. The age of the unit is way more obvious outside with rusty nails, weathered to rotting wood siding & decks. Having said that, we would probably stay there again because of the amazing gulf front location.

The laminate floor in Kitchen is cracked several places very spongy. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone falls thru The property location is perfect. Condo is normal beach property very quite area

Bugs and cleaniness was offsetting!

On the first night we found coach roaches climbing in the sink. After seeing this we inspected a few things and saw a lot of dead bugs on the floors as if the condo had not been cleaned in sometime. In one of the closests in the kitchen we found more dead coach roaches. The toliets were dirty and had some remaining hair and after furthur inspection the top of the bowls were disgustingly dirty. Vacasa or the proper manager reached out and did ask to send someone out, but after seeing everything we did it was very offsetting. WIth the price being higher on this condo and the amount you pay in cleaning feeds i expected to have a better stay. The condo is very close to the beach which was the only plus.

Worked for us

This is a nice condo right on the beach which worked well for us. The view was wonderful. We could bring our two dogs. The master bedroom is big with a comfortable bed and cute little balcony. I would be happy to stay here again. Be aware of the following. The second bedroom is tiny and our adult son said on the twin beds are on the cheaper side. The sliding glass door to the beach is very difficult to work and the screen doesn't work at all. The TVs are not Smart TVs and there are no DVD or VCR players.

Got scabies from the master bed

Getting scabies while staying there is really all I have to say. 
had to come home and go immediately to the Doctor. The bed was also broken and lopsided. We have stayed in H6 at Ocean Mile two years in a row and I felt dirty in there this time and of course contacting scabies will keep us away from that establishment forever. Burn that bed.
