Enjoy amazing views from the private deck and balcony while you enjoy a refreshing beverage just steps to St. George Island's award winning sugar white sand beaches. Whether splashing in the surf and searching for shells on the miles and miles of unspoiled sugar white sand beaches, exploring the Island by bicycle or paddleboard or just relaxing by the sparkling pool with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this charming vacation home delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast.

Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, H-2 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, fishing pier, St. George State Park, the Lighthouse Museum and playground. The vibrant shopping, arts and culinary scene of Apalachicola are just 25 minutes by car.

EXTERIOR AMENITIES
The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking. 300 Ocean Mile is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy 2 large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach!

INTERIOR TOUR
This comfortable beach vacation home's interiors feature hues of blue, grey and cream, providing a beachy and relaxing vibe and offering guest privacy with bedrooms and sleeping areas on separate floors. Up the stairs to the first floor, the open flow living/dining/kitchen and shared half bathroom provide a comfortable place to gather with family and friends. Prepare cocktails while guests relax at the counter that divides the living room from the well stocked kitchen and at the rectangular table for 6, this home provides the perfect backdrop to make beach vacation memories that will last a lifetime.
The spacious bedrooms provide a haven after a day of sea and sun. Up a short flight of stairs is the airy guest bedroom with a small deck and a shared full bathroom just outside in the hall. Up another short flight, you'll find a lovely master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a private bathroom and a balcony with amazing panoramic views of the sand and sea. You will have plenty of room for all with an additional twin bunk room on the top level.

The perfect girls get away!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Haven so much! The property is beautiful and the view is amazing. My little dog was so happy and loved the view also. This was perfect for our vacation and we will rent again soon!

Gorgeous Views

Property was exactly as advertise. Would have like to have had screens in the windows to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf. Noticed other people had screens. Was surprised about having to walk the broad walk in front of the condos to get to the beach access. The parking under the condo was very tight with the pylons making it hard to open both the front and rear doors at the same time.

The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and have everything we needed for our stay. Gulf Coast Vacation Properties was a dream to deal with as a management company. We took advantage of the vacation rental credit that was offered and enjoyed the beach, cart, umbrella, and two bikes. We love staying in the east end by the park. It is very quiet yet close enough to town to access any stores we need. We enjoyed dinner at Blue Parrot and Paddy's. The drive to Apalach was gorgeous and we enjoyed dinner at Half Shell Dockside. The Family Seafood Restaurant on the way into town after the infamous right turn was outstanding. I am already looking for dates to book our next trip. Sunrises are magical and sunsets over the bay were dreamy. St. George Island is quite possibly heaven. Beachaven is quite possibly the greatest place to stay on the Island.

Great trip to St George Island

This was our first trip and won't be our last. We loved how uncommercialized it was. Our condo was on the beach with easy access and great views. The condo was clean and updated! The beds were super comfortable. The beach was as never crowded and while not quiet as pretty as Destin - I would choose it because we of the relaxed layout back vibe!

Lovely home and beach front!

When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a beach front home. The bed was comfortable and we felt right at home. You can tell a wonderful family takes care of this home. We can’t wait to return! Just steps away from the beach. So relaxing.

Reviewer Comments: When you initially see these rentals, you will be a little nervous as they're definitely older.But, the unit we stayed in was redone, up to date, and fantastic.St. George Island is not to be missed, and the owners are helpful and kind.The view from the living room is fantastic as is the view from the back deck.You're basically *on* the beach, and it's a sparsely populated beach.Nearly perfect all around and I *will* be revisiting this spot!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was perfect for a week long getaway with my family and then girlfriends. The house was generally clean and had everything we needed. It's right on the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and away from the crowds but still close enough to the island center. I would definitely stay here again!

Good Location for Older Property

The only complaint was that the hvac system needs to be replaced. It could not keep up with the hot days. The rental company was great and sent someone out to check on it, but there was nothing they could do based on the age of the unit. I definitely appreciated their willingness to send people out to check. It was nice to have beach access directly from the balcony- probably my favorite feature with a 4 year old with lots of accessories. Overall, I would stay again and I would recommend.

We were able to take our 2 boxers to the beach for the first time and they loved it!!!! The condo was so beautiful, equipped with everything you need, and it was spotless! The property had plenty of areas to walk the dogs with several waste stations readily available to clean up after your dogs! We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening with our dogs. The sunrise and sunset walks on the beach with them were amazing! The beach was so beautiful and clean! Owners were great and always available!!!! We will definitely be back to H-2, and I’ve shared information about H-2 to several friends, who plan on booking.

We like the quiet, east end of SGI; away from the businesses. Bikes and walked four miles to town. The view of the Gulf was great from the Master suite bed as well as the MB porch and from the porch off the living room. Good supply of dishes and cooking utensils to make dinners at home.

Wonderful getaway

We had such an amazing week. The condo is conveniently located direct on the beach. You have a walkway directly to the sand. The place was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet as well.
