Welcome to your home away from home! This newly remodeled and centrally located condo is within walking distance from the London Bridge, Rotary Park, and golf course. Our condo sleeps four and offers two queen beds (1 queen bed and 1 memory foam mattresses.) Additional features include TV(streaming-based only), free WiFi, electric fireplace, washer and dryer, walk-in closet, and more! The condo community has a pool, spa, picnic area, tennis/volleyball court, and grilling area. Free boat and guest parking available.

Perfect spot for our family of three! The condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—walkable to restaurants and nearby attractions. The owner was great to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It modern, tastefully updated, quiet, and most importantly, very clean. We liked that it's walkable to many restaurants, shops, the London Bridge and other attractions. Ashley, our host thought of every little detail to make our stayed so comfortable and made us felt a home away from home. We definitely would stay here again in the future when visiting Lake Havasu and surrounding areas.

Loved this place!

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again! Super close to the best park/playgrounds (4 min walk) which was perfect for my toddler. Clean, cute, and had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home. Hosts were super helpful and friendly too. Definitely a must stay!

Super clean and comfortable

Like the title says, the property was very clean and very comfortable. Well stocked and thoughtfully, organized the decor created a peaceful and relaxing environment at the end of a boating day. Air conditioning, ceiling fans kept us extremely comfortable nice quiet neighborhood, we’d stay again.

Great stay in Lake Havasu

Great location. Close to everything. We enjoyed a daily walk along the beach and over to the London Bridge. The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable and clean bedding. We hope to be back next year.

Great Weekend Getaway!

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway to Lake Havasu City. Everything about this condo was perfect! It was just as advertised. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Will stay again if ever in the area and recommend to couples or small families.

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

This condo was clean, bright, very nicely decorated, … and had an amazingly well-provided kitchen!! Oh…. And it was in a super location — close to the park, the lake, London Bridge and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved this community! Everything was within walking distance! Our condo was very nice. Very close to the pool and bbq grills. Tyler & Ashley were awesome hosts. They were very accessible and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Attractive well appointed condo

The condo is very nicely decorated. All new, fresh, and clean. Dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils were all new and there were enough of them that you didn't have to wash them all the time as happens in well used rentals. We loved the electric fireplace on our cool mornings and evenings. The owners were very on top of things when we needed assistance. Our only negative was the lack of sufficient use of the closet and dresser. With two large folding extra beds in the closet and a high dresser also in there, we had no room to hang clothes or store our luggage or even our shoes. A lower dresser in the bedroom under the TV would have made it a much more comfortable stay but we were only there two week.
