When you enter the ground floor of this home, you will immediately feel the calm of the Outer Banks life wash over you, as if you've stepped through a portal into a fairyland of surf, sand, and sun. After you've gotten situated in the parking area, which has room for 5 vehicles, burn off some steam in the Game Room by challenging your family to some friendly competition over a game of Pool. Whip up some snacks and cool drinks at the Wet Bar before heading outside to the Patio Area where your ultimate outdoor entertainment experience can begin. Grill up some fresh local Outer Banks seafood in the grilling area before rinsing off in the Outdoor Shower and taking a dip in the Private Swimming Pool. Rest your tired muscles after a long day at the beach in one of two bubbly Hot Tubs. Back inside, you'll also find a King Master Bedroom with a TV for the perfect getaway, a Laundry Area for quick mid-week washes, and a Hallway Half Bathroom.

On the middle level, you'll find plenty of room for your family to get comfortable and result up for their day at the beach, which can start as early as you want since the Small Street Beach Access is less than 200 feet away across the Beach Road! You'll find 2 King Master Bedrooms with Full Bathrooms as well as 1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and 1 Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk. Each room has its own TV, so there won't be any arguing over what to watch, and a Full Hallway Bathroom keeps everyone comfortable. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the water from one of the Mid-Level Covered Decks with an Ocean View or get some peace and quiet with an additional Covered Deck facing the island.

Take the stairs up to the top floor and make an amazing seafood masterpiece in your modern Kitchen or enjoy a fragrant pot of coffee in the morning in the Drip Coffee Machine. Each together as a family in the brightly-lit Dining Area with a table that seats 10 or at the Breakfast Bar, which seats an additional 4. Enjoy the spacious high ceilings and airy atmosphere over an evening cocktail before snuggling together in the large Living Area for family movie night on the 55” SmartTV. There's plenty of room to lay back and relax, prepare for the next day's amazing beach adventures, or pull out a board game or puzzle in the nearby nook, which also has sliding glass doors out onto one of the fabulous Sun Decks. When you're ready to enjoy the spectacular sunset, head out to the oceanside Top-Level Sun Deck and watch the moon rise up over the water while you sway your troubles away in the cozy Adirondack rockers. Get some sleep in the King Master Bedroom and enjoy the luxurious, airy space of this home that ensures every minute inside will let you live the ultimate beach life during your stay!

Because Once Upon a Tide is conveniently located in the heart of Nags Head at Milepost 13.7, you'll have easy access to a variety of Outer Banks attractions, restaurants, retail shops, and local landmarks.
