Propriété cÎté océan avec une attitude amicale et une grande cour accueillante.

Nous avons achetĂ© Lind Sue en avril 2016. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© attirĂ©s par l'amĂ©nagement intĂ©rieur et le potentiel du lot. Tout l'espace arriĂšre qui Ă©tait auparavant inutilisĂ© pourrait en faire un endroit idĂ©al pour passer du temps avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. Nous continuons Ă  le mettre Ă  jour afin que vous puissiez en profiter autant que nous. Nous ajoutons 2 balançoires doubles pour hamac en 2019. A l'ombre des chĂȘnes vivants juste derriĂšre le foyer. Les maisons avec un espace extĂ©rieur comme celui-ci sont en nombre limitĂ© dans l'OBX.

Linda Sue a 5 chambres et 5. 5 salles de bain. Une chambre au niveau de l'entrée, trois au niveau intermédiaire et une au troisiÚme étage. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain privée, une télévision à écran plat et un accÚs direct à une terrasse extérieure. Il y a deux téléviseurs supplémentaires dans les espaces de vie au niveau de l'entrée et du niveau supérieur. Le niveau d'entrée a une barre de son et le niveau principal a un son surround. Le niveau d'entrée a une couchette pyramidale. Les chambres de niveau intermédiaire ont des reines et le niveau supérieur a un roi. Tous les matelas de niveau intermédiaire et supérieur sont nouveaux en 2019. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon principal. Nous fournissons également un ascenseur extérieur afin de monter ou descendre des bagages ou des fournitures n'est pas un problÚme.

Nous avons fourni tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre sĂ©jour sur les rives extĂ©rieures. Le dĂ©cor en gĂ©nĂ©ral vous indique que vous ĂȘtes sur les rives extĂ©rieures. Et nous mettons continuellement Ă  jour les fonctionnalitĂ©s pour qu'elles restent aussi performantes que possible. Nous voulons vraiment que vous vous sentiez chez vous pendant que vous profitez de votre temps Ă  la plage.

A quelques pas de la plage et de la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche de Nags Head. Shopping juste au coin. Bons restaurants au nord ou au sud. Cuisine raffinĂ©e ou dĂ©contractĂ©e. Sports nautiques et pĂȘche dans l'ocĂ©an ou le son. DĂ©tendez-vous dans le bain Ă  remous ou la piscine. Le golf est juste au coin .. Si vous ĂȘtes vraiment aventureux, vous pouvez essayer de glisser Ă  la main sur la crĂȘte de Jockey ou tout simplement visiter le mĂ©morial de Wright Brother. Musique live Ă  quelques pas de la jetĂ©e de Nags Head. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vous et de votre famille pendant vos vacances.

This house was great, had an excellent layout for multiple families. Each room has it's own bathroom and access to an outside porch. The living/dining room was open and could accommodate lots of people without having to be separated. We made use of the fire pit and hot tub every night. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, the house had linens, towels, beach chairs, high chairs, porta cribs, everything you can think of that a traveling family would need. The beach is a short walk away and the neighborhood great for walking. 10/10!

This vrbo truly met all of our needs for a wonderful long weekend at the OIB. WE WERE ABLE TO ENJOY MOST ALL THE AMENTIES PROVIDED. CHILDREN ENJOYED THE SELECTION OF GAMES, as the adults truly enjoyed well stocked kitchen. Lots of outdoor space with privacy fence. Owners were extremely attentive and made us feel like family!

Great property for the family. Exceptionally clean. Many floors to allow for quiet time. The open concept kitchen/living area on the 3rd floor was spacious for everyone to eat and play board games. Kitchen had every piece of cooking & serving item you would need. The yard and pool were our favorite space. We were even able to cook s'mores at the fire ring one night. Pool and beach toys were numerous, including boogie boards that the preteen kids used every beach trip which was walkable within 8 minutes. Beach chairs and umbrella were also useful. Timely communication from the owners with a no hassle check-in. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved this property! It was even nicer than the pictures show. It is very spacious, and every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The pool was sparkling and clean, and a nice space for us to enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Family trip with Kids and Grandkids

The Linda Sue was exactly as it was described to be..Welcoming with plenty of room! We loved that each room had its own bathroom and loved the laundry room being so conveniently located to the rooms. The large living space upstairs was perfect for dinners and late night movies. The Pool was awesome and we all loved the built in seats! We spent most days in the pool but the beach is close to walk to as we walked down for the sunrise and went to take family pictures our last evening there. Also loved the rocking chairs on the balconies and the swing under the carport and in the back yard! Two minor issues, the back door to get to the pool (not the gate) was hard to open and the sprayer at the kitchen sick would stick after you used it. Other than that, we absolutely loved this house. Would highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful week at this house! Linda Sue was perfect for our family of 10! The house was clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus for everyone. Great location - nice neighborhood, close walk to the beach, playgrounds right around the corner for our grandchildren, and the backyard provided for hours of family fun in the pool, hot tub and yard. The owners were friendly and prompt in their communication responses. We would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it to others!

Nags head Making Memories

The property was perfect for our family of 11. Plenty of space for us to all have room. The huge backyard was amazing, we did our family chicken BBQ in the firepit. Property had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Easy walk to beach and plenty of parking for those who wanted to drive. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Only downfall was the hottub was broke and couldnt get cable on one of the TVs. This is the perfect property for a family looking to have a relaxed vacation.

Amazing Accommodating and relaxing!

So amazing and relaxing! Every room has a full bathroom, and balcony leading outside 2 gathering rooms one on the 1st level by the pool, and one on the third floor. The house had everything we needed and the pool / outdoor area was everything I could have asked for and more and the pool was always warm! The host was quick to respond and I had no issues with check in! There was also no excessive or unreasonable check out rules. Would definitely stay here again, the beach was about a 6-8 min walk

The property was perfect for our multi-age group. Lots of space, wonderful backyard area with pool/hot tub/grassy play area for kids. Well-stocked with pool/beach toys. Charcoal grill was too small for our group of 10. Salt water pool was small but totally enjoyed!!

Lots of Space

Our stay in Nags Head was fabulous! The house has a great backyard with a clean pool and hot tub. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a bathroom and it gave the 10 of us plenty of space to spread out. Easy walk to the beach and Surfin Spoons ice cream. Would definitely recommend!

Multiple families in one house

We stayed with four families who each had small children, ranging from 10m to 4 y/o. The house was great, and felt large enough to hold everyone. The house was well equipped with baby gear- pack and plays, multiple high chairs, and toys. The couch and multiple tables both inside and in the backyard allowed a space for everyone to sit. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool and backyard were perfect. Highly, highly recommend!

Great Trip With Friends

We really enjoyed our stay at Linda Sue! The house is fully equipped with most everything you need including lots of beach chairs and sand toys! Also has pack and plays and high chairs for the little ones..oh and the backyard is delightful! the owners are very quick to respond and address any questions or concerns..they were great to work with! Thanks for the delightful time!

The home was great, great location, great stet up. We were a bit confused on the operation of the elevator. There is no Murphy bed or day bed, just sofa couch on top floor. Bring extra towels, also know that pool guy does come unannounced. Other than that we had a blast and would rent there again

Great house close to the beach that 3 families with young children really enjoyed. Would definitely stay again. The huge backyard area is a rarity in the OBX.

Kim and I were married in 1985. We have 5 children and 11 grandchildren. I grew up outside of Philadelphia near Valley Forge Park. Kim grew up south of Baltimore in Glen Burnie. We currently live in Hamilton Virginia 45 miles west of DC and 10 miles east of the Appalachian Trail. The name Linda Sue is in memory of her older sister who died unexpectedly at the age of 60. I know Kim misses her and this will be a reminder of her openhearted and warm nature. We will remember you always.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We have been coming to the Outer Banks since our kids were young. We have pictures of them terrorizing the beach in their diapers. After years of looking at properties on lots marginally larger than the house footprint we found this home. We both knew it had the potential we had been looking for. We have updated it inside and out to be the type of vacation rental we would like to visit. A short walk to the beach, plenty of amenities nearby, and a yard large enough to enjoy with our family.

We really liked this home because of the way it is set up. Each bedroom having it's own bath. An additional half bath on the upper level living area. The well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. A large gathering room with access to the decks. An outside lift for loading or unloading groceries and luggage. The yard with enough room and seating that you almost don't miss the beach. And the location! Short walk to the beach. Close to a host of good restaurants, activities, and shopping.
