This sprawling property offers six spacious en suite style rooms spread out on multiple floors, providing you and each of your guests privacy and tranquility while still under the same roof. Most of the suites also feature private balconies with awe inspiring views of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and whimsical wildlife. Pull up to the porte cochère, enter the grand double doors and you’ll be drawn in by the inviting hearth while your worries drift away into the vaulted ceilings. The escape of a lifetime has now begun.
The colossal windows throughout this updated home usher in tons of natural light and incredible natural scenery. Enjoy meals all together in the massive, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with ample seating for dining. Share stories in the vaulted family room while lounging on the huge sectional couch. 1. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM.
2. Smoking (including vaping) is not allowed inside the house or anywhere on the property.
3. Pets are not allowed unless pre approved by the property manager in advance. A non-refundable fee of $100 per pet will be required if a pet is approved. Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
4. A security deposit may be required in some cases.
5. Our check-in process is easy - we will send you a 4-digit code to access the property before your stay. For your safety, we need all guests to complete our identity verification process (outside of the platform). We will send you a link to complete this process. For cleanliness, no shoes inside the house.
6. When checking out, please make sure to lock the door and let us know you have left.
7. Parties and extra guests are not allowed and will result in a fine of $1000 plus damages. Please help us maintain the peaceful setting of our property.
8. Please ensure you park in assigned parking places only with NO STREET PARKING or parking on the lawn.
9. We have cameras and noise level monitors throughout the property outside and inside common areas (including garages) for added security.
10. In the winter time, please monitor the weather as winter storms are quite common and the house is located at approximately 6000 ft elevation in the mountains. Weather can be dynamic and we suggest you pay attention to all winter storm and snow forecasts. There are times when the roads and driveways will be impassable due to snowfall. A 4-wheel drive vehicle with snow chains is highly recommended in the winter months. While we will try our best to have snow plowing available, there is no guarantee on its availability or timeliness so please pay attention to the weather forecasts.
