This cozy 3 bed, 2 bath West Knoxville home has everything you could want and more for an unforgettable stay. From the spacious, fenced backyard with private pool, diving board, hot tub, outdoor TV, fire pit, basketball court, grill, and outdoor dining area to the living room with brick fireplace and open concept kitchen, this home is the perfect spot to entertain, hang out, and enjoy time with friends and family.
Catch some sun from one of several pool lounge chairs. Fire up the grill and enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table. Take advantage of the diving board and have a cannonball contest in your own private pool. Enjoy the hot tub while watching the game or movie on the outdoor tv. Make some sâmores and spend some time under the stars around the fire pit. Rain or shine, enjoy some fresh air from the rocking chairs under the covered back porch. Get a change of scenery and enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch.
The large main living room invites you to kick up your feet, watch TV, and gather in front of the brick fireplace. The open concept kitchen, complete with bar seating, and nearby dining table allows you to be part of the conversation, even while making and enjoying a meal at the table.
Choose from 3 private bedrooms to rest and recharge after a day by the pool or out exploring the town. The master bedroom, with access to the outdoor entertainment area and patio, features a full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Queen bedroom and bunk bed rooms face the large, shaded front yard and have easy access to another full bathroom just off the hallway. If you have a larger group, additional sleeping is available in the living room on the sleeper sectional couch.
Located in a family friendly neighborhood with quiet roads to walk or run on, you are minutes from Knoxvilleâs popular Northshore area and marinas. Just a short drive from The University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville, you can be in Neyland Stadium cheering on your team or visiting one of Market Squareâs hip restaurants in less than 25 minutes.

-Master bedroom, located in the back of the home, features a king size bed, ceiling fan, walk in closet, full ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, and access to the outdoor entertainment area and fenced in back yard.
-Queen bedroom features a queen sized bed, closet, and front yard view.
-Bunk bed room features a pair of bunk beds to accommodate up to 4 guests, as well as closet.
-Living room features a sectional couch that opens to a queen size sleeper bed.

-Open concept kitchen features full sized appliances, Keurig and drip coffee pot, bar style seating, and a nearby dining room
- Living room includes large SmartTV, Roku for streaming with guest login info, access to backyard, and comfy sectional couch with pull out queen size bed for additional sleeping arrangements
-Full size washer and dryer located off the main hallway for convenience

Additional Features:
We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:
-Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom
-Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dish brush, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
-Coffee essentials: ground coffee, coffee filters, K cups, coffee creamer, and sweetener
- Laundry essentials: laundry pods
PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night plus tax. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if pets are included in your reservation. If you need any help adding pets after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.
QUIET TIMES: Quiet time is after 9pm on weekdays and after 11pm on weekends. This is a family neighborhood where neighbors with kids live next door. We appreciate you being considerate of our neighbors!
NO PARTIES: We respect our neighbors and have a ZERO tolerance for parties. Unless you have received written permission, any unregistered guests will constitute the beginning of a party, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, but this is NOT the place to have a party. We appreciate your cooperation.
SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: We have two security cameras on the exterior of the home at the front door facing the walkway and the back facing the backyard. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.
POOL: The pool is unheated and may be closed seasonally.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
