All you need

Communication with the owner was great. Responds quick. The house had everything we needed. Some of the bedding may need to be replaced but other than that, no complaints!

Knox weekend

A nice stay. Met our needs for the weekend. Communication with property manager was quick and accurate. There were some minor cosmetic things wrong with the property and a few light bulbs out but otherwise satisfactory. A slight musty smell.

Great location!

This is a centralized location to campus. Very nice place for us to stay and catch a football game. Everything was as expected. Will book again.

Worked well for us

We rented this property to attend a show at the shed in Maryville TN. It served its purpose for us, it is very simple but was clean. I will say the neighborhood is not the best I don’t think I would have wanted to stay there with just a group of girls or anything. I loved how simple the check in process was though.

Would definitely stay again. Saw no bugs or any problems. The neighborhood isn’t the best but didn’t bother us at all. Would 100% stay there again.

Awesome cottage

This property is located in a really quiet neighborhood
 my family of 6 stayed very comfortable and was easily located to the things we were doing in Knoxville
. I would highly recommend this to anyone
 we stayed 9 days and can certainly say our stay was a success

NO JUST DO NO STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! Crack house on the corner, not safe and completely disgusting.

This home should never be rented again! There are no smoke detectors or any other safety equipment that was listed as being there. The entire place was filthy! Microwave was dirty, dishwasher and potholders had food on them. Ice cream in the freezer. Living room carpet was disgusting, thick dust and dead bugs behind the couch. Bathroom had mold in the grout, dust and cobwebs. Master bedroom had bodily fluid stained sheets. Every other bed had pubic hair or clumps of hair in the bedding. One pillow had blood on the actual pillow. Bugs in the Queen room at the corner of bed between mattress and box springs. I had to wash bedding so my kids could sleep on the cleanest “bed” we could find, which happened to be the couch! There were clothes in the master bedroom closet. We also did not feel safe staying here. There is a house that is just a few houses down that had people coming in and out 24 hours a day. We were there for our daughters college graduation so naturally things were already booked up because of tons of graduations. However we did find somewhere to stay our last night. We packed up and got out of there while it was still daylight. The owner, nor Vrbo seem too concerned. Owner says we should have let her know when we arrived. Evidently it didn’t matter before we arrived. Even the yard is grown up. Needs to be cleaned out all the way around the fence line. The steps to the house are ridiculous! I’m sure there is much more. I have never been so disappointed in a home, owner or BRBO

Disaster

Got to the place ant the sinking concrete steps along with the broken metal gate are a hazard. Dirty property with only one functioning TV. Drugs addicts across the street kept eyeing up and pointing at us, not a safe area. Left within two hours for a hotel. Don't know who was paid to give previous reviews, but this was a train wreck.

Sketchy, horrible neighborhood.

Sketchy, horrible neighborhood. We had to sleep with 1 eye open. Blocked the doors with tables and luggage. Neighboor homes abandoned and in poor condition diction, the kitchen window had the outside frame vent as if there was an attempt to break I'm the home. Appliances were top of the line but no access to linen and the trunks had padlocks. There was a cow urine and feces smell in the kitchen. Rat, foul putrid stench deadbeat like. Told that toiletries were supplied for a day and then we were responsible for the rest of the stay, including toilet paper, paper towels soaps and dish washing soaps. Pictures of surroundings and property misleading. The photos do not show the houses nearby that appear as drug houses and 5 times during our stay vehicles would park in Fri t of house and our truck wait for about minute and then leave as if staking the place out to rob.

Smoky Mt Vaca

Nice home. Very comfortable beds after long days of doing the tourist things. Couldn't get two of the bedroom TVs to connect. The biggest thing for me, that I didn't like, were the lights outside the doors that stayed on all night and attracted the flying insects and you had to walk through them every time you opened the doors. Loved the roosters and chickens roaming about the neighborhood.

This home is located central to getting around Knoxville, from West Knoxville, to the Knoxville Convention Center, to downtown or maybe the Stadium and Cumberland Avenue. And then, the Great Smoky Mountains are a 30 minutes or so drive away too.

Across the river from UT Campus, but just off US 129 which intersects with I40 & I75.
