Waterfront, relaxing sunset cottage on Lake Leelanau w/3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Quaint cozy waterfront cottage situated on N. Lake Leelanau with amazing sunset views. Centrally located to everything Leelanau has to offer. If you're looking for a new place to unwind and feel connected to nature and those you love, this is your place. Around the house there is plenty of space, grass, sun and shade to enjoy. Spend the mornings enjoying a cup of coffee from the main or upper deck or go for a paddle ride with one of the 2 kayaks or canoe the cottage has to offer. Later, everyone can gather around the firepit as burgers cook on the Weber grill.

The cottage dining area and living room faces the lake and opens onto a large deck for relaxing and dining on. The cottage has one main floor (queen) bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms with full size beds, perfect for a family or 3 couples. For warmer days, you can enjoy a nice breeze from across the lake with the many windows throughout the cottage or use a portable fan on the main level with the 2 upper bedrooms having ceiling fans. Our kitchen is equip with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation along with a dining table that seats 6 for dining and playing games.

Cable TV and internet is also provided for your entertainment pleasure. Along with a washer and dryer for washing anything you may need to. However, please note our cottage currently does not have AC/ Dishwasher.

Our new dock is available for tying your boat to and there is generous parking for your boat trailer as well. Two boat launches are only a few miles away. The lake is clear and shallow for small children and big kids too.

During prime summer months our cottage is available from Saturday to Saturday.

The cottage is located on a private well maintained dirt road, so the setting is quiet and peaceful. Come and enjoy the cottage and explore Leelanau and all it has to offer: the cozy cottage, the stunning lake views, vast fruit orchards, wineries, shopping and dining.
