New Gulf-front neighborhood, with approximately 30 properties directly backing onto the Gulf, of which this is one. Of those 30 maybe half are rentals. Of those 15 only 3 or 4 have the same quality of view that we enjoy. So if you want to enjoy the golf from the LR/Bedroom or patio, this is going to be one of the few options you have in this neighborhood.

Transportation Options:
