Simply beautiful spot for a getaway!!! Very easy check in & out process listing is described as was perfect!!! Very nice peaceful beautiful town with a great location!! The house was exactly as described; it was what we needed for our family get together. The sunsets were beautiful and it was nice sitting on the deck watching them. Mornings were sitting on the deck and looking out over the bay talking with coffee. We watched the sun's shadow from the east slowly walk its' way toward us in the morning. We stared out over the bay for hours every day, taking it all in. We walked out on the sandbar quite far when the tide was low. Watched my daughter take her paddleboard far out into the bay at high tide. Visited local restaurants, attractions, retail shops in the area and the different museums. Highly recommend the free zoo, wish other zoos were this nice. We grilled every day and it was great eating at the table while the sun was slowly setting in the distance. House was very clean, had everything we needed for cooking. We had more than enough room for sleeping arrangements. Having the washer/dryer makes it nice for packing less clothes and not taking dirty clothes home.

Outstanding views, exactly as pictured. The easy beach access made our off-season trip absolutely perfect. It was our first time in Villas, and we loved walking along the beach.The home has original cottage charm, was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The large gathering space with the living and dining room with the views of the dunes and water made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together.The host was very communicative and attentive, and the entire process—from booking to settling in—couldn’t have been easier.We would absolutely stay here again!

We love staying here as the views are amazing, especially the sunsets. Everything is clean and well-kept. Nothing splashy, just a good place to stay that feels like home.

The host is very nice and will communicate what you need to do and what you should bring.If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing vacation this rental is the place to be. The sunsets are beautiful with an unobstructed view over the Delaware Bay. There’s quite a few restaurants to eat down the road. Even a WAWA! It’s an older home with everything you need and is very cozy and comfortable. Bring your food and drinks. And enjoy! We love it!
