A Shore Thing, Too!! Regency Isle #1107. BOOK NOW FOR SUMMER
This is a highly sought after unit with three bedrooms and three private bathrooms.You overlook the majestic beaches from the Gulf of Mexico. The eleventh floor is a great way to see all kinds of marine life. You step right off the elevator and a few steps into our unit. Three sets of elevators will help get you quickly to the beach and a set of stairs on either end of the floor. Our condo is over 1500 Square Feet and is a Penthouse unit.
Regency Isle is a beach front condominium only 5/10th of a mile from the Florida State line. Our guests will have use of both the heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna and steam room. We also have an exercise room on the third floor by the resident mangers office you are welcome to use. Outside by the pool we have a big covered grilling area with picnic tables and a large grassy area for the kids to play games. Outdoor showers are also provided to wash off your sandy toes before going into the pool or upstairs to the unit.
The master suite features a King bed with a large mounted flat screen TV The master bathroom has high granite counter tops with full shower and a jetted tub. Large closet space with two luggage racks to put your suitcases. Your bedroom also includes sliding glass doors onto the balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds with a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has one queenl bed with a smart TV and attached bathroom. The den couch has a pull out queen bed. Also in the
master bedroom closet are a twin and queen blow up mattresses. The den has a mounted tv with a DVD player for your favorite movies. We have a little library under the tv in the den. Also a basket of books for your reading pleasure and a cabinet full of kid and family games to entertain you on rainy days.
This unit also features high ceilings, tile floors throughout, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A wet bar area with a sink, Ice maker and wine cooler.There is also a full-sized washer and dryer and free wifi on a secured private network. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need or want. We even have dishes and utensils for small kids. We provide a blender, toaster, griddle, crockpot , air fryer and both kinds of coffee makers for whichever one you prefer. A small cabinet above the stove has most spices and oils you would need for cooking. We provide a cabinet full of platters and dishes for big groups. We have bar seating for four people and a large kitchen table that seats eight.
We also own and rent unit #402 a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom unit in this building. Check it out on Vrbo 129542, It`s A Shore Thing. We have tired to think of everything you would want or need during your stay. We take pride in keeping things clean and updated. The pictures do not do this unit justice. A LIMIT OF ONLY TWO assigned parking spaces are provided with your stay. Regency Isle requires wristbands to be worn by all guest over 5 years old from March 1-September 30 while using the pools, hot tubs, beach chairs, grills, and gym.They will be on the counter with the parking passes upon arrival.
