Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs (stair access only) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Camp grandparent stay

We kept our three year old grandson while the new baby in the family was getting acclimated at home. We went to Tweetsie and the indoor heated pool at the condo was a big hit. We enjoyed our stay very much! Amazing view from the deck! We enjoyed eating dinner out there.

Restful getaway

Beautifully appointed condo in excellent neighborhood. Outstanding views, comfortable outdoor seating and covered porch. Well stocked kitchen. We ate in every night and enjoyed the view! Conveniently located to Valle Cruis and Banner Elk.

4 day getaway

The property was great and it was nicely decorated like a true mountain getaway. There was a slight hiccup with an incorrect door code, but after about 10 minutes we received a new code from the after hours number to gain access to the townhouse. The view is incredible and the location in Foscoe is great for access to the slopes, Boone, and Blowing Rock. We would happily stay here again.

Family winter vacation

The property was ok, The dryer didn’t dry Properly had to run it twice. The towels smell.The electric grill took for ever to cook some chicken… we have to finish in the stove. The amenities are far away from the property. Never got to use the indoor pool or sauna.
