This fresh and inviting 2 bedroom upper level end unit is our only pet-friendly Atrium Villa! This villa features a huge wraparound deck with golf course views, spacious bedrooms with streaming TVs, and a short walk to the beach and included amenities offered by the Seabrook Island Club.

The comfortably appointed living area includes a new sofa and a Smart TV with streaming options and Comcast cable channels. The dining table with a pass through to the kitchen seats 4 and the kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is fully stocked for in house dining. The huge deck off the living room is outfitted with a large table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy ocean breezes and watch golfers below on Ocean Winds golf course.

2920 Atrium accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The king bedroom suite is spacious with a ceiling fan, streaming flat screen TV with Comcast cable, a full ensuite bath with nice updates and direct access to the deck. Bedroom 2 is also spacious with 2 queen beds, a streaming TV with Comcast cable and a nicely updated bathroom with bead board accents. The washer/dryer combo is located off this bedroom.

Atrium Villas are oceanfront rentals on Seabrook Island and boast a prime location next to the Seabrook Island Beach Club amenity center and only minutes from the white sands. There is an elevator in this complex for guest convenience. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small to medium sized dog is permitted with a maximum weight limit of 30 lbs. Please indicate breed/size at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook island allows a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car passes are an additional $45 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
