Ce bel appartement flambant neuf et rĂ©novĂ© comprend 2 chambres Ă  coucher avec un placard complet. La premiĂšre chambre a un lit queen, la deuxiĂšme chambre un lit complet. Cuisine, salon et salle Ă  manger Ă  aire ouverte spacieux offrant un canapĂ©-lit complet. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec beaucoup de rangement et d’espace pour prĂ©parer un bon repas. L'arrĂȘt de bus pour NYC n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas et le trajet entre la Big Apple et le Big Apple se situe entre 20 et 25 minutes. Buanderie exclusive rĂ©servĂ©e aux clients et parking privĂ© payant.

Apt location was perfect, the pics were spot on with how nice and clean it was . Not to mention the little added touches the owner left made my first VRBO experience an amazing one ! It almost made me want to move here but for sure will try and get this when I come back

Very clean apartment. It was easy to catch an Uber to get to the Hoboken PATH train into NYC. The apartment fit 6 of us perfectly. The only thing I would have liked to of had was hand soap in the bathroom. Thank you for hosting us!

Parking was easily located but the spot in the garage was slightly tight and knob was missing on the front to pull down but other than that great! Very clean and easy to get to!

We had a great 9 night stay at the property and encountered no issues. A short bus ride using the No. 125 bus into New York. Bus Fares 4.10. We brough a pass as Port Authority bus station so was a bit cheaper. Good location also to visit New Jersey if you like to shop. Several local supermarkets to choice from. We couldn't fault the apartment.

An ideal position to visit NYC and to have a look to other nice places in NJ. It was the second time in this apartment for us. The place is very nice, clean, comfortable.

Good Location

The stay was overall pleasant. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around. The place was clean enough and felt safe, even though the building is older. However, the elevator broke down multiple times during our stay, which was inconvenient. The blinds in the rooms were broken, and the soaps provided were very small. With a few improvements, especially to the building maintenance and amenities, this could be a much better experience.

Located in a very old building. Bus stop is outside bldg. We took Lyfts mostly. Not close to much. Store is a block away but not hardly anything stocked in the kitchen to cook with. Received a brash response when I I quoted about 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels (no napkins, no pepper, tiny bit of salt.) be prepared to buy anything you need. There are broken blinds in all rooms. Window unit ACs. Coffee pot is a mini. Must buy your own filters. Elevator got stuck twice so had to use stairwell from 5th floor. Got locked out of the bldg from outside. Code did not work and we were told from locals “oh yeah, that happens some times.” Had to have my husband come let me in. Laundry is NOT in the building. Is 2 buildings over and you must pay for it. There is a coin machine. Apartment was very clean. Walls are scarped and dinged up. Art missing from bedroom walls. Mini ironing board. Claudia (mgmt of VRBO) was very responsive. We would NOT stay here again. Neighbors and hallway smelled of marijuana and elevators had urine inside one night.

Everything was good.. just a couple of feedback.. 1. The lockbox was hard to open for fetching the keys.2. Bedroom ACs was not that efficient.3. The garage door dont have handle to pull up/down the door.

5 Days in NY

The accommodation is in a great location, about a 25-minute bus ride to Times Square. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Claudia responded super quickly to any questions! Thank you, great accommodation.

This apartment was adequate for our family of five. The beds were extremely comfortable and getting in to NYC via bus was very easy. The area was safe; the neighborhood was crowded but not overly loud. The apartment is in an older building in a busy area of North Bergen. The kitchen was very sparsely outfitted with utensils and cookware. We like to prepare meals to save money but it was difficult to prepare even simple meals. It also is in an older apartment building, which means some uninvited critters can visit. We had some, and while the host was responsive, it was still unsettling. They offered let us to switch apartments, but we chose not to due to the difficulty of moving all our unpacked stuff. All in all, it was an adequate place to stay.

Very nice stay connected to NYC by bus

The apartment was really neat. I had travelled with my wife and a friend. It was quite clean and the photos were as advertised. There's a bus stop right next to the building, so it was very convenient to get to NYC and back.The host was very responsive and flexible. I had booked a rental car and required reserved parking and they arranged one for me right away. Unfortunately I had to cancel the rental and they issued a refund.

Perfect location, just 17 minutes by bus to Porth Authority.

The property was super clean and in a great safe spot. Claudia, the property manager, was awesome—really responsive and helped us out with all our questions. There’s a bus right next to the building, the 125, that takes you to the Port Authority Bus Station every 30 minutes. It’s just 4 for adults one way, and kids under 12 ride free, while seniors 70 and up pay only 1.70. Plus, the Food Bazar next door is perfect for grabbing all the essentials. I travelled with my family with young kids and felt safe in this location. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Family trip

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a good break we had 2 teenagers at 17 and 15 and one had the second bedroom and one had the sofa bed which was easily big enough for him. The apartment is so handy for Manhattan and we used the bus across the street everyday whic was 4 each and takes about 15 mins. There is also a brilliant food supermarket thats a 5 minute walk and stocked everything you could need. Claudia was on hand at anytime and check I. Was so easy I would highly highly recommend this aperment to anyone

Appartamento a North Bergen NJ

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto che passano frequentemente e vicino a due market raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia suggerisco di fornire la cucina del materiale adeguato in quanto da regolamento viene richiesta la pulizia finale della cucina ma Ăš stato difficoltoso svolgerla per carenza di materiale. Le camere da letto sono provviste di tappeti, sarebbe stato comodo avere l’aspirapolvere. (Purtroppo abbiamo trovato i tappeti molto impolverati ed Ăš stato difficile pulirli con scopa e paletta anche solo per renderli accettabili). Per quanto riguarda il check-in c’ù stato un disguido, quando siamo arrivati alle 18:30, il personale che si occupa delle pulizie aveva appena iniziato a pulire l’appartamento; pulizie che sono state terminate da noi perchĂ© il pavimento risultava ancora sporco. Nell’annuncio si parla di lavatrice e asciugatrice ma bisognerebbe specificare che questi elettrodomestici non si trovano all’interno dell’appartamento. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, l’appartamento va benissimo per chi ha un budget contenuto e vuole visitare New York. L’host Claudia Ăš sempre stata gentile e disponibile, i feedback che lascio vogliono essere costruttivi nell’ottica di migliorare il servizio offerto.
