The cabin features an open layout with vaulted ceilings, more than 2,700sq ft of living space, 11 beds plus a sleeper sofa for 11 total, and is packed with amenities, including the game room loft with pool and foosball tables, a TV, and the sleeper sofa.

Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin during your stay, including the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, private bedrooms, and the outdoor patio and backyard. You are also welcome to utilize the garage for parking. In addition to the private amenities within the cabin, you have access to the community resort facilities, which include a swimming pool, hot tub (at the guest rate), and gym. Please note that one owner closet is locked and kept off limits for guest use.

Nestled in the heart of Tahoe Donner, our mountain home offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and resort convenience. You are just a short one fifth mile walk from the Trout Creek Recreational Center, where you can enjoy heated pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. The neighborhood is incredibly scenic, featuring the community golf course just a few minutes away on foot. For outdoor adventures, the Adventure Center and world class cross country skiing are only one point six miles away, while Donner Ski Resort is just under two miles from your doorstep. When you are ready to explore, historic downtown Truckee is a short drive away, offering charming shops and a variety of dining options to suit every taste.



Getting Around:

Our mountain home in Tahoe Donner is best accessed by car, allowing you the freedom to explore the surrounding peaks and historic downtown Truckee at your leisure. We provide ample parking for our guests, including a spacious two car garage and additional driveway space for up to two more vehicles. Please note that street parking is not permitted. While a personal vehicle is recommended for navigating the area and reaching nearby ski resorts, the historic downtown area is just a short drive away. The nearest major airport is Reno Tahoe International Airport, which is approximately a forty five minute drive from the cabin depending on road and weather conditions.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.

* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once. There are blackout dates on certain holidays and peak times - check with us for more details. 

* The fireplace is not included in the listing. It is not currently allowed to be used.
