The space:
Guests have the entire home, yard, patio, deck and surrounding 3 wooded acres to themselves.
The kitchen, dining and upper living areas are open and spacious so guests can comfortably spend time together. There is a fireplace for chilly nights, multiple board games for family / friend entertainment and a large TV. The upstairs living area has large sliding doors that open to a spacious deck. The deck overlooks the lower patio area and the wooded scenery which is teaming with an array of native wildlife. Deer, fox, eagles, wild swans, groundhogs and owls are all local residents- just to name a few. The woods are also a temporary home / stopping place to a wide array of migratory birds- many of which are considered “uncommon” or “rare”.

The 2 upper level bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is also queen size hideaway bed in the lower level family room sofa.

The lower level bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed, with an additional twin size trundle tucked under the bunkbed.

In the lower level family room you’ll find a twin size rollaway bed, the queen sized sleeper sofa and a small cot.

The lower level family room offers additional seating space with the leather sofa and chairs. Here is also where you’ll find a game room arcade with 6 traditional stand up arcade games such as Golden Tee, PAC Man and Mortal Combat. There is also a cocktail table, “head to head” type arcade machine with dozens of game choices available.

The lower level family room has sliding doors which lead to the patio.

The patio is truly a private oasis! It is equipped with a large wood burning fire pit, hanging hammock chairs and a new HotTub. The patio also overlooks the serene, wooded surroundings. Relaxing in the HotTub while watching deer casually graze in the woods is a favorite guest activity!

Guests have entire home, patio, deck and surrounding 3 wooded acres to themselves. Public bike / hiking path & park is adjacent to property
Other things to note
Kayak or Canoe trips can be reserved and rental includes all equipment, launch assistance and pick up at end location. Picnic lunches can also be added. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.

We are Pet Friendly with some restrictions and “asks”. Please inquire about pet guidelines prior to booking pet stay.

Guests must be at least 21 unless active military, or accompanied by parent/ guardian.

We ask that you reach out for pre approval if planning to host large event at the home.

Property is very near river and no life guard is on duty. There is no barrier between water and property. Please be extremely diligent to supervise children outside to insure they maintain a safe distance from river.
