A Breezy Cottage est une très courte distance à pied des plages pittoresques de Rockport, MA. Il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 7 personnes, dont un jumeau plus lit superposé, un lit de maître queen size et un pop up lit gigogne dans la salle de soleil. Dans un coin caché, cette maison donne vie privée de ses clients à partir de leurs voisins avec son feuillage de pêchers et de plantes à fleurs. Un jardin entoure la terrasse arrière et une douche extérieure. Dans son emplacement privilégié, les clients sont une courte distance de marche du centre-ville pittoresque Rockport. L'attraction principale de Rockport, Bearskin Neck, est rempli de restaurants, galeries d'art, boutiques touristiques et bien plus encore. Vous pourrez trouver des activités telles que le kayak pour les phares jumeaux de partager une palourde farcies de Roy Moore Lobster Co. Le Shalin Liu Performance Center est le dernier-né de notre ville pittoresque et accueille des artistes musicaux tels que Paula Cole, Judy Collins et des performances à cordes de John Jorgensen Quintet.

The cottage was perfect for our short stay in Rockport. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The cottage itself was very clean and nicely appointed - casual and comfortable. I've already recommended it to friends. The owner was very helpful although she herself was heading out of town for vacation. Lovely place. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back. You look out the kitchen windows to the beach right at the end of the cul de sac. This small cottage has several extra spaces--back and front decks, back yard firepit and every room is very comfortable. It's a sweet walk to shops, cafes and restaurants and short drives to Halibut Point and Crane Beach/Estate--both are not to be missed. Be aware, this time of year most restaurants in Rockport are not open during the week. But Glocester is a short drive and has lots to choose from. We met both the host and her husband and they were very nice. This is a gem!

We loved our stay at this clean, comfy cottage in the heart of Rockport! We walked everywhere and enjoyed breakfasts, lunches, and dinners all around this special town. Everything we needed was right there for us, and during our chat with our hosts, we could tell they are wonderful people. They were so helpful with local restaurant recommendations and made sure we were completely settled in. A highlight of our weekend was exploring Halibut Point State Park and attending The Sam Grisman Project concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center after a lovely dinner in town. We can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect location in the idyllic town of Rockport. All rooms were very nice and all modern amenities. Walking distance to everything. Beach at the end of the street and larger one right down road. Love spending time in Bearskin Neck and had great meals at My Place by the Sea (call at 12pm for same day reservations) and The Fish Shack. Loved the view at The Hideway for great cocktails and charcuterie. Highly recommend short trips to Hammond Castle and Crane Hill estate nearby..

Lovely stay at the breezy cottage!

We had an amazing stay at the breezy cottage! We loved everything about this place. The location was terrific, in walking distance to the beach and town! The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit one night and lounged in the porch swing in the morning.We hope to come here soon!

Perfect Week away!

Liz and Tim were the best hosts and the cottage was perfect for a much needed getaway! We were able to use our SUP boards right at the end of the road, drive to beautiful Good Harbor Beach and eat dinner at night under the lights. We can’t say enough about this property!!

Perfect getaway with plenty to do

The cottage is clean and comfortable, perfect for our medium family group (we had 6 people stay here). The location couldn’t be better. It’s set back away from the beach but easily walkable to the ocean. We walked to the completely empty beach on our second night and enjoyed the amazing sights and sounds of the beach at night

A very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful time in Rockport. The cottage is very well laid out. Lots of thoughtful touches like beach supplies. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Everything you could want is within walking distance. Front Beach is a sand beach and is very nice for sunbathing and swimming. A short drive to Halibut Point State Park which is beautiful. Do not miss Hammond Castle Museum. So beautiful and interesting. Lovely cottage and area.

The cottage is tucked away on a quiet lane yet close to everything — lovely walks nearby, Bearskin Neck a little farther. It is well set up for a family with kids. The kitchen is well equipped, cottage immaculate, parking for our 1 small car easy. The only negative for us, as seniors who weren’t outside all day, was that the living area with sofas and coffee table was quite dark. (We were there in late September, and this probably wouldn’t be an issue during the summer months.)

So sorry the lighting was a problem for you. There are 3 lamps but I understand if you needed more. I am always happy to fix these amenities and wish you had reached out as I would have brought over some additional lights. Glad it didn't deter you from enjoying your stay!

Cozy and Clean!

My wife and I stayed at Breezy Cottage while attending an art event in Rockport. We found Liz's home to be very charming, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The home is located on a quiet dead-end street with off the street parking within an easy walk to town. We will definitely return and would highly recommend "Breezy Cottage."

Cozy Cottage

The cottage was awesome! We were literally a block from the beach. The owners were close by if we needed anything. Very best part was the convince of the train station in town. You could take train all the way to Boston. Would definitely recommend!
