Everything about the experience at this rental was as advertised and expected. Check-in and check-out procedures remarkably simple. Very quick and efficient responses to all inquiries and communication. Highly recommend this rental and host.

We had a great experience. Everything was clean and ready upon check in and there were even complimentary beverages in the fridge up on arrival which was quite the nice touch and greatly appreciated after a long road trip. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easy to come by with a parking pad out back if needed. My only complaint would be that there isn't an exhaust fan in either of the bathrooms. Smells and humidity flows from the bathrooms. but we quickly learned to open the bathroom windows which really helped. Thanks for a great stay!

Very easy check in. Smelled and looked very clean at check in. Great large TVs and easy parking. Would have liked a few more cooking supplies, but otherwise a good experience and quick responses from host. Would rent again.

It was everything we could have hooked for! We didn’t spend a lot of time there, but the time that we were, there was very comfortable with every amenity we needed. Highly recommend!

Very clean! Was perfect place for my friends and I to play Rockband for 3 days! Host was prompt with replies. Plenty of kitchen ware to prepare food. Good internet speed!

Big disappointment

The property did not meet the basics. Not enough towels, nor hanger, not enough toilet paper, toiletries was used, and in a very bad presentation. Overall a disaster. The refrigerator was dirty.

Calm and comfortable

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining out. There's an Original Pancake House really close! (my fav).The house was immaculately clean and well laid out, the furniture and bedding were very comfortable. Nice fluffy towels! We didn't need the parking pad in back (street parking in front was fine) but were glad to have it as an option.Check-in was easy, instructions were clear. Host is super responsive to any concerns. I'd definitely choose to stay here again when we return to the area.

Great stay!

Very nice house and affordable too. Everything was as described and the communication was great also. Close enough to all the things but not too close either so the traffic was not crazy. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Nice weekend

A very nice house in a lovely neighborhood. It was a perfect place for my brother and I to stay while we were attending the motorcycle races.

Great host!

The house was spotlessly clean. Beds and shower very comfortable. The house is in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood which is close to the highway for quick access to everything. Chris, our host, was very responsive and quick to answer when we had a question. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

The house was clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. The host replies back quickly. Everything was easily accessible. The backyard was a nice area. Only downfall was that there was not a lot of street parking but that’s not the host’s fault since they have neighbors. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Comfortable stay

Our overall experience was good. Here are a list of pros and cons. Pros: The host answered my questions in a timely manner. Place was clean and stocked with basic items. Beds were comfortable and prepared with fresh sheets. Lovely backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: The neighborhood looked sketchy The bath towels had suspicious orange stains everywhere on them. If there was no available parking in the front of the house then you’d have to park in the back which would have been fine if I could lock the back door from the outside when I left anywhere; there was not so I had to lock the back door from the inside, go out the front door (lock it) then walk from the front yard to the backyard where I was parked. Not too big of a deal but not convenient either.
