The house was beautiful, just as described if not better. Most clean house I’ve ever stayed in and the views from the living room were amazing. Will definitely be bringing my family back again.

We loved this house and it's beautiful right on the ocean view. The house had everything we needed during our stay. So nice to be able to bring our dogs with us, as it's difficult to find pet friendly properties. Also, very easy communication with the helpful house manager. We will definitely return!

This is a beautiful home in a lovely location in Malibu. I was traveling with my teenage daughter and my parents who are in their mid-70s and everyone had the best time. The views of the ocean from inside and outside the house were incredible - we saw dolphins and seals, sailboats and e-surfers. We loved hearing the crash of waves day and night, it was incredibly relaxing. The house was perfectly stocked, easy to navigate, clean and comfortable. If there were neighbors we didn't see or hear them. It was a short drive to Whole Foods for groceries, Alfred for coffee, we walked to the beach, etc. Everyone we encountered in town was friendly. Tara, out hostess, was easy to reach, but not intrusive. I hope we get the chance to visit again.

Loved our stay

The pool was so wonderfully warm it made the trip so special. Waves crashing right out the window were so comforting. Everything was clean and well appointed. Can’t wait to try the place in Summer.

Dream house!

This house was everything we wanted for a quick mother/daughter getaway. Perfect location, insane ocean view, sweetest little courtyard with pool and hot tub. It was perfect and we will be back!

This property was gorgeous and everything that it describes in listing. It has amazing ocean views and the windows are breathtaking- ceiling to floor. The walk in definitely brings a wow factor. The pool was perfect and heated which my boys loved. The location was wonderful and close to all. We even went to a Clippers basketball game and the distance was easy. Restaurants and beaches are all steps away. I walked the beach every morning. We look forward to hopefully being able to come back to this relaxing and cozy home. It truly was the perfect family spring break!

Great place to stay if you love the ocean

Great house with everything you need to play at the beach, even in the winter! I would only change one thing, have a heating element on the back balcony for night time (burr) and front fire pit for relaxing by the pool at night.

Pepperdine Graduation Weekend

We had an amazing time for this spectacular 3-day weekend. The property was just as billed on-line and we enjoyed the views and amenities. The pacific ocean lapping against the rocks gave us all peaceful sleep.

Magnificent!

This property was even more fabulous in person! Our family was so thrilled with the house on the ocean, the comfortable decor and the pool! November turned out to be a great place to visit, especially with the heated pool! The property manager was wonderful as well. Would love to return to the exact place!

Lovely place

Beautiful home, with beautiful views. Not off of PCH so no noise from cars just sounds off the ocean. Tara was awesome excellent communication and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous house! Very comfortable. Immaculately clean. Beautiful beach location. Serene courtyard. Good parking. Communication with Tara was easy. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I highly recommend this property. We hope to be back in the future.

Gorgeous beach front

Lovely home, when you first walk in you feel like you are floating out at sea, the waves in the back are so close!!! The views of the ocean out the entire back of the home are amazing. The front courtyard with pool and jacuzzi is also lovely, with string lights and beautiful plants and tile. The owner was great to work with on a couple minor issues. Would happily rebook.

Great way to celebrate Chinese New Year

My family had a wonderful weekend celebrating Chinese New Year with family. It was magical. My mom was so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful house. We did fly in on the day Malibu was hit by a 4.6 earthquake. The management company was very responsive. We never worried about our safety.
