Long term lease available for this highly desirable south facing Mt Soledad cul-de-sac home. Fully furnished with south facing view looks over Mission Bay, the ocean, and Mexico in the distance. Ultra private - no one can look into backyard and jacuzzi. Single story Spanish home features Front entry atrium and entry patio garden. Inside has about 2600 ft2 living space with two large living rooms each with fireplaces, smart TVs and surround-sound stereos, 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths. The large, central kitchen has two breakfast counters and all the obvious kitchen appliances - ask for details. Large office with designer workstations and large windows to interior atrium. Backyard is south-facing, comfortable, and private with patio lounges, chairs, tables, BBQ and spa. (Use of spa is a nominal extra fee due to thoughtless guest that ran up $1253 utility bill - there is no way for me to limit usage and monitor it. Quite frankly, I often do not charge anything once we have an understanding ) Motion cameras and lighting in front and back of the home. Home and yard have locked security gates including service gate with key code access. Whole home Wi-Fi internet provides perfect coverage throughout the house at 220 Mbps DL, 40 Mbps UL. Smart TVs receive all major broadcast TV stations plus standard streaming services.
*** House Rules - Please Read and Share with ALL Guests *** No smoking indoors. No Parties or you will be evicted. My STR license prohibits parties 6 people maximum. If you have additional guests, please let me know and I can make arrangements with a king size blow-up mattress. No shoes indoors - this applies to all guests at all times. No feminine products or flushable wipes in the toilets. If a toilet overflows, you will pay all plumbing and remediation costs. Please alert all guests to this. Each toilet has a warning - please take it seriously. If a child accompanies the family and is of bed wetting age, guest must provide sanitary waterproof bedding or ask me to help you. We'll take take care of you. I do have waterproof mattress covers on all beds along with sanitary bedcover under the sheets.

Beautiful Location
We stayed here for my daughter’s college graduation weekend. The host was fantastic, the place is beautiful, clean and very well stocked. It was open and had plenty of space to visit, inside or out. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. We will find a reason to come again!!

Beautiful home in La Jolla
Our stay at this property was perfect for my son’s UCSD graduation, fully stocked home that has been recently remodeled with terrific views. Our host Michael was very attentive and welcoming. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this terrific property, it’s a stunning property.
